This was a new workout that i tried today it was challenging at times but it is worth it i can only get stronger. I could feel the burn the hole time i am sore already but it is worth it to finish it yea me :):) thanks for working out with me this morning Jessica.

Are you dong it daily? I understand the belly issue. I am much more comfortable with myself since pilates entered my regim,en. Also some foods can make you bloat like bread pasta and grains, whole wheat even in small amounts. For some a type diet works. We're all different. Wish you well.
