Hi . I loved you sharing your thoughts and experience with DNRS as a Christian. My daughter is 22 and has been sick for seven years diagnosis of Lyme disease, pots, chronic fatigue, chronic migraines. She was treated with heavy antibiotics for a lot of years which destroyed her gastrointestinal system. She recently had a reaction to medication and Nervous system has taken so much stress and her body pain and migraines are worse and she’s pressing into God as we all are for a healing and to carry her through the storm that she is in . So much I could say But through prayer and finding DNRS I feel like this could be something that would benefit her. Do you mind sharing what you have been going through prior to doing DNRS . I’m quite overwhelmed right now being there for my daughter, so it might show on one of your videos. If you would rather me watch one of the videos to find out your story, please let me know or if you could message me that would be great. Thank you so much

Hi! I was wondering what your bachelor's degree was in? I'm currently in dietetics but don't love the primarily clinical route it's taking me, so I'd rather switch to the culinary route. Can you still take the program without a health science-focused bachelor's degree?

My degree is in English - so no you don't need a science-focused Bachelor's Degree! 😊

So glad you're considering getting into this field!! We need more folks in the health world. I address in the very last chapter of this video why I'm taking a break from my career at the moment. I do stay in touch with the classmates I had during my cohort and they're all doing different things - some started their own practice and others work in wellness centers or added it on to their existing businesses (personal trainers, food bloggers, etc). The opportunities for what you can do with this education post graduation are really endless!

That’s one option! A lot of folks partner with chiropractic offices, gyms, wellness centers, they create recipes/blogs, teach classes, and/or start their own practice. I am not pursuing anything with my education at the moment, but the knowledge itself is still so helpful even just for myself and my own health journey.

Thank you for this stretching routine. I need something to calm down my nervous system and work out the tension in my body. I took dance lessons as a child and I really appreciate following along with this routine with you. You are an inspiration to me as I am also on a healing journey from complex chronic health challenges who is also insanely sensitive to treatments. Sincerely, Crystal

Congratulations!! Thank you so much for sharing your story. You have helped me so much with your older videos and all the information you’ve shared. Please share whenever you start taking clients because I would love to be one. I completely understand taking time for yourself and needing to heal. I hope to one day share our daughter’s story. So to respect her privacy on a public platform, I’ll keep it vague. I’m now a big believer in our bodies being supported by nutrition and natural remedies to thrive better instead of just treating symptoms. Thank you for all the information you share with us and you will be in my prayers.

Thank you so much for the kind words!! I will absolutely share when I’m ready to begin taking on clients. Focusing on brain, nervous system, and trauma education now and I’m absolutely loving it and know this will be the difference in working with folks who are extremely sensitive. Really working on becoming the practitioner I wish I had.

That’s wonderful! I’ve been learning about how trauma affects the body myself. We have had some traumas happen to us in the past few years and I really believe it’s played a big part in my health. It’s a really interesting topic and makes total sense once you start really looking into it. I hope your studies go well.

Hey Heather! There’s a lot out there. I didn’t have a great experience with the folks I worked with - but I did enjoy the benefits for sure! My biggest recommendation would be to work with a person/team that is creating a personalized program for you vs. general stuff like BrainTap. So you can get actual data from your brain in real time.

Wow, this is awesome! I am a fellow endo warrior and I was worried about your health while you weren’t posting videos! Questions on the program - does it cover food intolerances - can they be healed? Immunoglobulins seem to be big lately. Also, the use of probiotics? I am seeing them work for myself and others. I would be interested in working with you!

@stephwittek 6 ай бұрын
Hey, Carrie! The program covers nutrition, anatomy/physiology, and the science of how nutrients support our body's metabolic processes. Yes! Food intolerances can go away once certain pathogens clear up. In my limited experience, I've seen that typically be a parasite and/or leaky gut issue. Probiotics can be supportive for some, but not everyone. I'm not practicing just yet - but I have a list of recommended practitioners on my site. 🙂

Congratulations!🎉 I’m so glad you were able to achieve your dream! We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us! ❤ I was diagnosed with POTS and my new doctors suspect MCAS, fibromyalgia, hyper mobility issues, and digestive issues on top of my ME/CFS. Thanks for sharing the information about MCAS. I’m going to a neurologist in two weeks, so knowing MCAS has neurological issues is helpful. I just went to a physical therapist that did lymphatic drainage massages on me and is going to help me calm my fight or flight. I’m interested in working on my bodies ability to heal so hopefully she can help me with it. The fatigue is my main problem my doctors flat out tell me they don’t know what to do about it. For me I think it’s a mixture of going to western medical doctors and also holistic approach doctors both have helped. Again I’m so happy for you and will continue to keep you in my prayers!❤

So glad you're going and getting the support you need! Mast cells are found in the limbic system, along all nerve endings and nerve sheaths - so they respond to every thought and emotion we have (conscious or subconscious). So, when that limbic system is impaired, it can absolutely affect MCAS, but the beauty of neuroplasticity is that we can work with the nervous system to influence the immune system & help calm/stabilize mast cells!! That's the work I'm getting into post grad - really understanding that connection and practical ways to support someone who can't tolerate supplements. It's just complex work and it takes time and practice! Praying this appointment goes well for you. 💚

Congratulations, you will help so many!!! No doubt it was tough to get through but you did it! I became a holistic health coach in the midst of severe tick-borne infections and while I almost felt like a fraud my mentors repeatedly told me I'd be a better coach because of my personal, in the moment experience, and they were right. It was hard at times but it always energized me so much and it still does. No more TBI's but still dealing with MCAS and starting my own version of limbic retraining as after doing several different types for various time periods and hearing of others creating their own/what works for them, system, I'm giving it a go. If you feel inspired, even an instagram post with health tips here and there is helping someone! Bravo! Be the teacher!

God drew my attention to it on exactly the day I needed to see it, and I thank both Him and you for such a timely video. May God bless you for being willing to help others in the midst of your own trials.

I am currently having my first flare of symptoms in years mainly anxiety and panic attacks accompanied by digestive issues, but I’m also a Christian and I don’t want to fall into the New Age trap but this program really does help me. I’m just struggling wondering why reading scripture won’t give me the relief that this program does and I don’t want to put something before God. I’m probably totally over thinking it.

Totally get it! I’m in the middle of discerning a lot of things myself. I’d recommend following @sarahjacksonpanther. She’s a great resource - a rich background in theology (she went to seminary) AND brain science. I love her! I believe God created everything and made it GOOD and we, in our sinfulness, have perverted what He intended to be good. So it can be challenging to discern sometimes what to trust. The biggest comfort to me has been Matthew 6:33 - “Seek FIRST His Kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well.” If we’re seeking God first and so immersed in His word, the Holy Spirit WILL give us that discernment in life. We’ll just know. Everyone has different backgrounds and convictions too. So we will disagree sometimes. If we’re doing the best we can to honor God - I believe He honors that 😊

That’s a good sign. We want to listen to the Holy Spirit and use those moments as exercises to love God with our MIND. Not making assumptions off what we think we know - but doing the research ourselves, praying, and seeking counsel through issues we’re wrestling with - then coming to our conclusions. If you’re still working through this, I’d recommend researching Polyvagal Theory and a book called The Brain That Changes Itself by Norman Doidge. What God intended for good, man has often perverted - it can be hard to discern which is which - but the wrestling brings us closer to him 😊

The visualisations aren’t so much about manifestations but more to help your nervous system/ body feel those positive emotions again and as you teach yourself to feel safe again, loved, free etc your body will start to relax more and as you relax your healing starts. You won’t be able to heal for real when you’re in fight/flight/freeze/trauma response x
