Hello nice seeing you again, your videos poped up recently in my feed, I've been struggling with gastritis and ibs and overactive bladder due to my endometriosis as well. Hoping to go parttime soon in my job as well, so I can focus more on what to eat very hard when you have to work and find what to eat let along supplements. im 44 years old. Love your videos. ❣️

I love your vlogs so much they are so aesthetically pleasing to watch! Especially when they revolve around taking things slow like this one cause I totally understand 🥺 Healing is a slow process and life will always have it's ups and downs. It's always a joy to see you smile! 🙏 I finally moved out of my moldy household and am living with my sisters. Hi, I just want to say thank you for all your time that you put in on your videos I appreciate it so much. Your amazing person with such a good heart. I love all your videos, they are so helpful. A lot of the supplements you recommended have worked wonders and advice on healing and getting to the root cause, thank you. I was wondering what enzymes worked for you when you had gastritis? There’s so many to chose from idk where to start?

I like the idea of a seasonal routine! Though I could never get up at 6 am! Sounds like you have some chronic health issues. I have a chronic illness, an immune disorder, that's been badly flared up lately - much worse than normal. Sorry to hear you've been struggling, too. I'm curious about the protein powder you used in your smoothie. I'm intolerant to whey, soy, and peas, so I've been searching for a protein powder without those (though I don't think it exists!). At this point, I'm limiting my smoothies to 2-3 times a week with either whey powder or a vegan protein powder with peas. I have a morning routine, but mine is more "jump into the day" - shower or wash up, turn on the Today show, do gentle yoga stretches, then downstairs for breakfast. I also recently learned I'm intolerant to egg whites so eating a lot of oatmeal these days in the morning! I have a great recipe for Paleo Waffles (I was eating mostly paleo until I learned about the eggs! Still mostly paleo with some whole grains thrown in). The waffle recipe is from Against All Grain cookbook (highly recommended), and the waffles are so amazing that when our sons were little and their friends slept over, they never even realized they weren't "regular" waffles - delicious! Thanks for sharing this wonderful self-care routine.

Thanks for sharing, Sue! 🧡 I'll have to check out the waffle recipe - sounds delicious! And that sounds like a lovely morning. I have been wanting to get into stretching more. The protein powder base is pea protein. I am sorry you are having trouble with those foods. This is the most minimal/easily digestible one I know of, but I'll keep my eyes peeled for other ones!

I still like the taste of the whey powder best (plus it's a glutathione precursor, and I always need more glutathione!), so for now, I'm just limiting it - if I don't have it for consecutive days, it doesn't bother my stomach. Definitely going to think about your slow, calm start to the day and changing things up with the seasons! Going outside now for that morning sunshine!

Amazing video! I have been struggling both mentally and spiritually lately. I recently started going to a holistic doctor for my cfs, and it has been good, but hard. I’ve been struggling with the thought of the possibility of healing, and it scares me. I don’t even know what it’s like to feel healthy and have a normal life anymore. ☹️ I’m sorry you’ve had a hard time lately. We are all in this together, you are not alone.😊 I know you get sick of the red light questions, but I have been searching for a light to help me health wise. My health somewhat does better in the warmer months. The sun and warm temperatures help my body.I can hardly lift my head in the winter, and can already feel my body starting to go downhill. Do you think a red light would help? I know special sun lights can help but I’m sensitive to overhanging light. Just curious. I’ll be praying for you!💖💜💗

Oh, Ruby. I am so sorry you are struggling, friend. 🧡 It's a difficult balance between grieving our current reality while not letting it consume us. Never get sick of red light questions! I'm not 100% sure because I am the opposite - my body THRIVES in cooler weather (although I'm in FL so our "cool" is still warmer). Red light can mimic the sun and give you that healthy level of cortisol first thing in the morning. It can aid in muscle recovery, period cramps, and even seasonal depression. I love mine, but I know it's a big investment. You could start with the Truelight Bulbs (no affiliation) which go to red light and see if that makes any difference. It has been a GAME changer for our sleep! I love both.

Don't set goals with chronic illness. Do this instead.
