A lot of those excercises don’t really use the dumbell. They are ton more dumber excercises that could have been fit in that actually use the dumbell.

You can really take it up a level by mixing single arm burpee with a single leg burpee too, it’s possible to do a single arm burpee and single leg burpee together but to do left arm and right leg at the same time is a challenge. You can of course alternate between one side and the other, that will be tough but a good set to do.

A good bench mark before trying this would be to be able to do 25 stand push ups without cheating and with proper form. Or you are going to just bang your head against the wall.
