1. DB Row,Fly,Pushup
3 sets, 12 full reps, 1 minute rest
2. DB bear crawl,Fly Press
3 sets, 5 reps forward, 5 reps backwards
3. Alternating Single Arm DB fly
3 sets, 10 reps each arm, 1 minute rest
4. Forward DB roll
3 sets, 10 reps each arm, 1 minute rest
5. DB Plank Fly
3 sets, 40 seconds on, 20 second rest
