Didn't Hathaway kill Amuro's girlfriend, after she killed Quess, in Char's Counter Attack? I'm kinda wondering why this detail seem to be given very little importance in the Hathaway movie, or even in most video break downs that I've seen on KZbin.

It's not self-aggrandizement. Khan is smarter, stronger and healthier than Kirk could ever hope to be.

I know they couldn't use some of the characters in ST - II - TWOK in ST - III - TSFS because of actor availablity and the role being re-cast, but I would love to see a video on why there's no mention of Khan in any Trek film after, they put the crew on trial at the conclusion of ST - IV - TVH, and reduced Kirk from a Admiral to Captain, but with regards to the events concerning the creation of The Genesis Planet, only Spock's father told about the Death of David and the destruction of the science vessel, but the Reliant's crew never got talked about again or if they wanted to backup Kirk's actions or relate any information after their Captain killed himself due to Khan's brain washing.

The Tribes that run all of Media and just want drones to pay, also believe that customers will never leave their favorite media. wrong. i can’t watch any Will Smith or Robert Deniro and many others. This also means, i’m not watching Gay Star Trek or Really Gay Star wars … Khan is Special, but a Gay Khan would not work at all … Take Note Tribes. You are fucking things up beyond repair. After all the hype of khan, i read and watch his history and realise nostalgia has blinded everyone. I thought this guy was a serious series foe. Turns out, a few episodes and he barely does any damage to the galaxy or federation. Lawl.

But now in 21st century (same storyline), but instead of genetically advanced humans, it's the development of Artificial Intelligence. If you have seen the 2024 movie "Atlas." The similarities are uncanny. Atlas is basically the story of Khan as an A.I. who leaves earth to build an army to destroy humans on earth. Another similar storyline, is the Terminator franchise.

Kirk was the GOAT of starship commanders, but his open willingness to allow Khan unfettered access to the Enterprise's technology and computer systems was naive, foolish, reckless, an incredibly grave lapse in judgement, and an egregious breach of security protocols.....which if you consider the butterfly effect, ultimately led to the death of Spock fifteen years later.

I thought Cloverfield was amazing. The mythology behind it has created a large fandom. Unfortunately the creators dont know what to do with it and keep jerking us around with a bunch of films that carry the name but have little to nothing to do with the original.

They just need to remake the original and reset the story....it is just too convuluted and this coming from somone who watched the og series zeta, chars counter attack, uc. They need to remake the story and really focus in more on the amuro and char story and make zeon a bit less villany . And delete all these unneccasary side tangents that result in nothing cause the status quo kind never shifts. Also stop switching MCs its seems pointless. It would be amazing and very topical with the whole israel palestine x russia ukraine.

The problem with science fiction is that sometimes reality overtakes the original future timeline. In 1967 the 1990s seemed far enough into the future, now we're talking about 30 years in the past...

IMHO: In the movie, they should have depicted Khan seeing the Enterprise go to Warp and escape! That would have been the ultimate middle finger to Khan! There have been a few Fan-Edits depicting just that! On another note: the word is "escape" not "excape"😉

Khan and Singh are ethnic names and these 2 cannot be in one name. For example, it’s either Karpal Singh or Salman Khan. Khan is Persian. Singh is Punjabi.

Khan Noonien Singh was born Noonien Singh. He was a Sikh from the land of the Punjab. When he became a dictator, he gave himself the title of Khan... as in Genghis Khan. Gene Rondenberry served in world war 2 and name Khan after a soldier called Noonien Singh whom he crossed paths with in Europe in an attempt that Noonien Singh would get in contact.

Of course, but Khan's knowledge of Starships was several years out of date! How did he, Joachim and that Chick at navigation have any idea how to pilot the newer generation of starships!? Also they only showed a handful of Khan's people. It would take a lot more than 10 -15 people to run a Miranda Class Vessel! Someone has to be in Engineering! Once again, how would that person know how to operate the Engineering section?
@anthonylowder6687

@@spaceace1006 Kahn and his followers were far superior to mere humans and no doubt was able to understand the workings of a Miranda class frigate in only a fraction of the time it would take for a normal starship crew to do. Also being physically superior it’s no doubt that Kahn’s people could operate a starship much more efficient than a full compliment of a ships crew….in the original episode Space Seed look how long it took him to commandeer the Enterprise.
