Nothing from Waves on my computer any more, no matter what...

It's a competitor to VocAlign by SynchroArts in terms of price. I don't think it is as fully featured as Revoice 5 based on this video but competition is good. The ARA integration is appreciated. I like the workflow shown here. It looks more intuitive. I own Revoice 5 but started with an earlier version VocAlign.

Can this be used to align drum kit tracks?

It’s fine, since Cubase already has native feature built into the DAW… but it may be useful for other DAWS…😅

In the comparison at 10:30, the unfairchild seems to be doing some compression even though the meters don't show it. Seems to smear the transients of the drums but does indeed place an emphasis on the tails and the overall room sound, whereas the UA seems to not actually be doing any GR which explains the more crisp transients of the snare hits, but less of the room sound. It will come down to a listener's preference as to what they like. I personally use the UA distressor more often than not on the drum bus as that usually is the sound I'm looking for in the styles I produce. Both are fine compressors, and I would probably go with whichever one was more affordable if I was looking for that vintage vari-mu sound.

I got the pro plan, and it was an error. Paid it for a garbage! Mureca.IA, is useless. It is expensive, and doesn't create useful musics. The voices are horrible, and one choose male voice and it does with female voice. The songs are short and does not create our lyrics just the way we want them. Ugly voices. Mureca is not worth. I regret on to have got the pro version. Suno has no comparison. Again, I just hate how ugly the singers sing.

I try to figure out how to get my microphone Signal in the Daw than using effects send it to the totalmixer and get a new Channel as a Signal back in the daw so that i can Print some effects / Plugins and some like reverb dont wanna print in the recorded Signal but hearing during vox Recording) i still dont get it completly but it looks like its should be possible I like RME interfaces by the way for sure ❤

It's just an impression, the mixed voices sound a bit fuller, yes, but the solo voices sound more natural or more realistic to me.

Is there any way to have the lyrics sung by an AI voice that uses vibrato when it sings? All of the voices we've heard so far just use straight tone singing. Auto-Tune Pro X version software does allow for adding vibrato to musical notes in its "Vibrato Controls" section. But we haven't seen any AI videos that use this capability yet.

Sounds a bit lifeless vs a real vocal. Also the male vocal doesn't sound that great, doesn't sound real at all. Might.... might... pass a a background vocal buried in the mix.

Hi I have an issue with Cubans 14 same errors on plug ins but I was able to bypass but now only some parts play like the beat itself and the adlibs but the hook and verses won’t play .??

So happy to see Cubasis is getting some love from Steinberg. I work with Cubasis, GarageBand iOS while mobile/portable on an iPad mini 7 and Cubase Pro, Logic Pro at fixed locations using an M1 MacBook Pro. This is a great update for Cubasis 3.7. Thank you for the video.

I’m experiencing difficulties incorporating external effects such as Delay and Reverb on the Input bus for monitoring purposes during recording, without actually applying those effects to the recorded audio. I have already added my Lexicon hardware effects on the “External Effects” page under audio effects. When I add the “External Effect” on the Input buss the signal is automatically muted ??? I’m coming from Studio One where this is very simple to do ! I am obviously missing something basic here !

I am into music compostion with cubase and all that, but plugins to change hte sounds are still a bit hard for me, as I barely if at all even hear the difference between what is heard here.

Btw, if talking about the UAD bass boost, it cannot handle bumps in the infra range (like in original 909 kicks or d16 Drumazon 2). Or if the input signal has a DC Offset. It will have a huge audible aliasing noise, if you put a compressor afterwards (and push it very hard). UAD has confirmed it, but not going to fix it. Just said that I need to put an EQ before their Pultec. So UAD is not good at all.

Cubbasis is useless to me as It will not render in the formats that I need. Will only operate at 48 hertz and output at the same. When asked Steinburg gives vague and evasive answers about hardware. Not acceptable and a deal breaker. Don’t buy cubasis if you want a variety of project output formats. Cubasis has wasted my time with a hopeless pretence of support. I use a current model iPad Air m2 13 running iOS 18.2.
