I still dont understand this like so called common knowledge between streamers , how ASMR is SUPPOSE to be ONLY WHISPERING. You can talk normally and just have normal eating sounds. ASMR Triggers are different for everyone, it is not only limited to Whispering. I dont understand this ideology.... I had ASMR triggers back when I was 13, in 1995 BEFORE THE INTERNET. ASMR has not be scientifically proven nor does anyone understand why it happens hences why everyones triggers are different. NOT JUST WHISPERING. Act normal like your not trying to put on a show and maybe talk normally and smack and breath in air, and chew... ASMR is NOT the whisper games... lol.jesus.... smh 🤷🏽

I love spinach especially with mushrooms on a bed of rice. Also, no need to apologize nor explain anything. I think the majority of us get it; I've taken time off from my work to focus on personal issues or family matters. I thought about doing ASMR videos on the side but its very time consuming and it's a lot harder than people realize. I am just glad you are back and I hope you are doing well. ❤🫶
