The meatballs are basically a combo of ground pork and beef and all seasonings of your choice and the sauce is a tomato based sauce started with sautéing onions and garlic until aromatic.

I make two kids of flat bread, one is much thinner and resembles tortilla. The other is more like gyro bread which is much thicker and fluffier as I make it with yeast.
