But how much do we know about fruits and especially vegetables and what's bioavailable. It would take a ton of vegetables of all kinds to equal eating one beef steak and fiber is a huge cause of gastrointestional distress etc...it is not required at all to avoid constipation unless you are eating a bunch of stuff you shouldn't be eating...aka carbohydrates.

i got a plasmapheresis treatment and it was astounding to see all the contaminants that were siphoned out of me. The results of the treatment were better vision, more energy, better balance, and a younger feeling body. I will do it again.
@karlhungus55542 күн бұрын
Would you please tell us more about the contaminants? What was found? Did they analyze it? If there were any contaminants floating freely in your blood, I would imagine them to be microscopic and invisible to the naked eye. (Though, in my case, I may have some chunks of pepperoni and beef jerky floating around.) Anyway, how much did it cost, where did you get it done (that is, was it someplace like LabCorp, or a specialty lab?), and who signed a lab requisition for the blood draw (your primary care doctor or a staff doctor at a clinic)?

question: what I would donate my blood, wouldn't i pass those Forever toxins to someone else? Id be grateful for an answer. thank you!
@mhamrin59063 күн бұрын
Yes, but theoretically their blood is likely at about an equal level of toxins. If they are receiving blood it could be, let's say, an emergency situation. When appropriate they could likewise donate when they're healthy and strong. The goal of someone receiving a transfusion is not to get blood with low forever chemicals bc almost all now have a high load.
@PlubusDomis3 күн бұрын
What's worse? Getting a little bit of this stuff from someone's blood, or not getting ANY blood then dying..? Everyone has it now anyways

@rickmossop37333 күн бұрын
I suspect if you offered someone who needed a transfusion the choice between dying or getting this blood, they would choose not dying. But I suppose there could be treatments that simply dispose of the plasma.
@ivermec-tin6663 күн бұрын
There is a chronic shortage of blood for transfusions in the USA. The toxins in these firefighter's blood is a low priority when a patient needs a transfusion. A far larger concern would be Hepatitis or HIV. My grandmother contracted Hep B from a blood transfusion. Not a good thing for a cancer patient.

Wrong. Remember we all likely have a toxic load of forever chems. A reciever is getting about the same blood toxic load they already have. The donor just gets a benefit.

@mhamrin59063 күн бұрын
Yes, I was about to say same thing. Toxic levels of iron is a bigger problem than most realize and the researchers have show its the only known way to get this toxic level out of the body. See the Dr whose name rhymes with fur cola... even though that'd be a horrible beverage. Haha.

Rubbish! 10000iu of Vit D3 is equal to being out in the sunshine for 20 minutes. So how do people who live in say, Africa, not get vitamin D toxicity? Symptoms of too much vitamin A include nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, irritability, blurred vision, and muscular incoordination. Chronic symptoms can involve dry, cracked skin, hair loss, brittle nails, fatigue, loss of appetite, bone and joint pain, and in severe cases, liver damage or increased intracranial pressure. Additionally, chronic toxicity may lead to changes in vision, sparse and coarse hair, dry and rough skin, and arthralgia Excessive Vitamin A was more likely the cause of his symptoms and NOT Vitamin D

With all respect gentleman, Your data is way much older. Medical info is updated frequently cause science has gained momentum in discovering new data . What you say was valid several years ago when science believed that D only works for teeth and bones. Then they discovered that After going to liver, D is being converted into some other thing : 1. Which is supporting our immune system 2. Which is regulating many systems in our body including cardiac systems, lungs, gut flora, thyroids, pancreas, improving many autoimmune diseases. 3. Then if D has those huge amount of functions, we must take MUCH MORE 4. The half life of D after going to and processed in liver is 24 hrs, so we should take it daily. Medicine and Nutrition is not ALL you studied in the schools. You must update yourself continuously.

What is vitamin D toxicity? This study pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3897595/ administrated 35.000 IU of vitamin D3 daily for six months to 16 subjects, without any kind of vitamin K and no deaths or kidney failures were reported. What did they report? For vitiligo cases, five patients showed 26-50% repigmentation and five patients showed 51‒75% repigmentation and, again, nobody died or had kidney failure and no vitamin K of any kind was administrated.

Sorry, but how the hell does microplastics from your clothes enter the body through the skin? I would have thought the skin is a natural barrier against things like microplastics and germs getting inside the body, and that's why you have to watch what you eat because it's the main route germs can get inside.

My first job in a unnamed Chemical Plant as a Contractor back in the late 70's , was a Chemical loader in a Styrene Catalyst facility , all the stuff that I load was not dangerous , but there were 2 suspected cancer causing additives and thankfully the Company Men had to add those chemicals , I never touched them , so yeah I used to warn folks about drinking hot coffee out of a styrene cup and they would just laugh and blow me off ! These same , now very large cups are at every fast food/ convience store in the U.S.A. !
