Felix, thank you for being part of my recovery with chronic fatigue. For the past 1.5 years I was taking Mg, B-complex, Zinc, Cod liver oil for Vit. D and A, natural Vit C, 1-2 Brazilian nuts for selenium, coconut water for potassium, unrefined sea salt in all my food, regular exercise, brain retraining etc…. With all these supplements and healthy lifestyle I was still tired and wired. I just started taking IODINE ( in combination with everything I just listed) a few days ago and now I can finally sleep and feel normal. I have energy and my brain fog disappeared. My anxiety is so manageable with brain retraining (where as before it did nothing for me). If you are doing everything and nothing seems to help, please look into IODINE. Iodine is the missing link for me. I hope this helps other people.

Especially gut health... or should I say digestion conditions. I never knew what chronic fatigue was till I got this. Compounded with brain fog I've had for decades now. I think this video is important bc that's not the only reason people have the fatigue but I can barely function in a day. I'm interested in the copper bc I'm not absorbing important nutrients well & have most symptoms of many vitamin/mins.

Raising baseline co2 will cure most of this stuff. The key is the nervous system. All CFS is is a low electrical charge in the body, hence why all the pain in the legs and wherever else. The body isn’t holding onto the essential electrolytes. Get your charge back up and you’re fine. Oh, and good QUALITY deep sleep. Higher carbon dioxide baseline levels will also help in this area as well unless. A method like Buteyko can really solve most of this. Nutrient profiles will balance themselves out naturally once the nervous system is in order

Foods high in Coq10 like cow heart can help.as well as as everything this said. You may need to do dry sauna 3 to 4 times a week to remove toxins in the nervous system along spooky2 laser in the ears to help regulate the nervous system. That technology is astounding.

@@AWARNESSTHRUMOVEMENT lmao the spooky2 is absolute garbage. It’s a frequency generator, and that’s it. If you’re looking for a real rife machine, the bedini rpx is the way to go. Also, the last thing you want to do is detox and add more stress to the body. Get your nervous system in order first, then worry about detoxing. i believe the answer is to your question is cheeseburger. It may seem counterintuitive but the cheeseburger boosts positive copper and removes the toxicity upon reuptake. The key is the melted cheese, it binds to the receptors and allows the burger to enter the cell, enhancing the cellular structure.. may be hard to understand for you but what a cretin would colloquially say making it "beefier"

Please revise your message! You seem to be biased because of your own experience but there are at least as many people who are copper deficient as there are people with copper toxicity. And their copper deficiency is their reason for their chronic fatigue. If you leave this information out you are endangering them by leading them in the opposite way. How did you get copper toxic? Isn’t quite difficult today? Are there other reasons than genetics, copper piping or supplements today? Standard nutrition tends to be too low in copper..

Most would say Glycinate is the most absorbed and is their favourite form. But I’d say take a supplement that gives you different forms along with Glycinate. And if you have the money also get L-Threonate, it is said to cross the blood brain barrier. Just stay away from Magnesium Stearate, it’s bad for you on the long run. They use it as a filler in a lot of supplements, really irritates me. Also make sure you don’t have regular salt at home, get rid of it and get Himalayan salt, and if you’re in the US, also get yourself Redmond’s salt. They’re both really good for you.

I believed this until recently. I eat mostly meat, veggies, and berries. I should have everything I need. I spent 6 months ridiculously tired, thinking that I just needed more sun. @@michaelc9311 "eat mostly meat, veggies, and berries." alone can cause chronic fatigue if you don't eat enough carbs and calories overall. Keto/low carb is notorious for chronically elevated stress hormones which means over time you will burn out. Especially if you have active/stressful life style. So exactly like in your case I think what most people think "good diet" is no carbs, very low calories and that is perfect recipe for ruining your health..
