My first guess would be the power steering pump. I don't think it's the transmission. I owned a '65 T-Bird and the PS pump was messed up and made that noise. The wipers are hydraulic and integrated in the PS system.

looks like the weather stripping is there at least on the drivers side, but it was either over sprayed with paint or it's badly weathered.

There is no way in HELL that you invested any additional substantial time and money in a car that needed nothing more than a set of white wall tires. The people that watched the original video of this car saw the condition and originality so please don't insult future buyers/collectors will all this nonsense. Cars trading hands on a more frequent basis only cause additional middlemen like yourself to market up the vehicles to an unrealistic value. You do NOT add anything to the appreciation/desirability of owning that car.

Honest collectors aren't flippers. You only motivation is money, not the beautiful vehicles themselves. For that reason you should be ashamed of yourself.
