Here is an absolutely gorgeous 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Convertible RestoMod that is a true stunner inside and out. This beauty offers the best of both worlds: a complete factory classic appearance with the drivability and reliability of a late model Chevrolet. It features a modern, fuel-injected Ram Jet 350 ci V8 engine mated to an automatic transmission for ultimate power and performance. It has great creature comforts like ice-cold air conditioning, power disc brakes, power steering, and more. It even has a factory-looking Wonderbar radio with all-new modern internals.
This is essentially a brand new car from top to bottom and front to back. Every item on this car is either brand new, restored, or replaced. There are fewer than 500 miles on the entire build. We acquired this car from a gentleman’s estate last year with fewer than 200 miles on it as a completely finished car. We then sold it to one of our best clients after putting on about 100 miles ourselves. He drove it around town and to a few car shows but decided to buy a cabin up north, and a couple of toys needed to go, so this is one of them.

Too bad this is not a restoration back to the original. Which would have way more cool. My father-in-law had a '57 Bel Air 4-door hardtop straight off the floor of his brother's Chevy dealership. I drove it a few times. Definitely not fuel injection, but would chirp the tires at 50. Hate to say this, but that steering wheel is ugly, not original and even if I could afford this car, wouldn't buy it. Sorry to be a wet blanket but I was a '50's kid, could drive at 17 and we had a '56 Buick Century convertible, red/white top, demo with everything including leather. So original is original and this car ain't.
