Great interview! I met Amy over 14 years ago for a photoshoot and have always know her as a driven , focused person. When she started promoting Goodphyte and I dug into what it does, I ordered a bottle. I had been going to the bathroom about 15 times a day and had just put it down to getting older. Taking the supplements worked immediately for me and I am down to 3-4 times a day. I have been SO impressed with the result for me, that when there was a request for funding towards further research I became an early investor.

Why not simply eat wheat bran?
@RoccoRossi-yu3tn6 күн бұрын
### Highest Source of Phytase Among the listed food sources, **wheat bran** is generally considered one of the highest sources of phytase. The phytase activity in wheat bran can vary depending on factors such as the wheat variety, growing conditions, and processing methods. On average, wheat bran contains around 1000-1500 units of phytase per kilogram. This can be represented by the following equation: $$ \text{Phytase activity} = \frac{\text{Units}}{\text{kg}} = \frac{1000-1500 \text{ U}}{\text{kg}} $$ where $\text{U}$ represents the units of phytase activity. Other food sources, such as rye and barley, also contain significant amounts of phytase, but wheat bran tends to have the highest activity. However, it is essential to note that the bioavailability and activity of phytase can vary depending on the specific food product and preparation method. To give you a better comparison, here is a rough ranking of the listed food sources by their phytase content: 1. Wheat bran: 1000-1500 units/kg 2. Rye: 500-1000 units/kg 3. Barley: 300-600 units/kg 4. Oats: 200-400 units/kg 5. Soybeans: 100-300 units/kg 6. Mung beans: 50-200 units/kg 7. Kidney beans: 20-100 units/kg 8. Almonds: 10-50 units/kg 9. Sesame seeds: 5-20 units/kg Please keep in mind that these values are approximate and can vary depending on the specific food product and preparation method.

@@RoccoRossi-yu3tn is this from chat GPT? haha. Or using LaTeX maybe? That formatting is kinda hard to follow, but there are 800 units of phytase in one pill, so if you're taking 4 pills per day you have to eat like 3kg of wheat bran per day to get a roughly equivalent amount. Seem a bit challenging to me.

I wouldn't mind paying for the cost of the recipe book + the cost of shipping if it would help you financially. 😇 But I am NOT able to buy anything or make any financial transaction through the internet. 🤷♀️

Thank you, Mathew and Larry. Some of us are doing our best to adhere to either Swank, Jelinek, Wahl, or BestBet. But which one should we follow? I'm currently experimenting with Jelinek plus eggs and MCT oil. There's still not enough research or testing being done for our disease, so we all should be doing something and reporting back to the community. I find hyperbaric oxygen therapy will aid neuronal regeneration, as does vigorous cardio. I have tried cacao powder daily to help with maintaining a level of energy to function throughout the day. Thanks so much for your contribution to our cause. Omar Hayes, UK.

I just watched your documentary Matt. What you’re doing is incredible work, not only for MS patients and their families, but for everyone. It’s amazing how just by changing your diet, exercising and getting vitamin D you can change the outcome. Thank you to you and your father for making the documentary. You’re an amazing person. ❤️☀️

I have worked out every single thing going on around me concerning MS . I had a GP tell me in 2009 that I can die any day in Leicester UK he took 24 years to diagnose me with SPMS the next surgery after my new GP has visited me once only .A total of 39 years of no help properly lots of post traumatic stress caused to me.😢I want a compensation scheme for everyone who's died on MS meds for their families that have all suffered and apologises from drug companies.
