MS HOPE

Күн бұрын

Kat was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1996 and has faced more than her fair share of challenges. But through sheer resilience and determination, this mom of three overcame severe mobility issues, going from barely being able to walk to running again at 51. What makes this conversation especially important is that Kat is currently in the middle of a relapse.

Thank you Matt. Everything you do is so inspiring to me and it helps a lot. Like you said, if you have the opportunity to help others, then you should do. Without people like you and Kat and Terry Wahls and all the other beautiful people out there I would probably be lost. But I am not. Because there’s people like you who showed me that there is a way to get better if you choose to take responsibility. So again, thank you a lot and all the best greetings from Germany!

I was following the OMS…I still do but i occasionally eat what i like to call it normal food, mainly if i go out with friends. To be honest i think its fine and noone should stress so much about food

Nothing tastes as good as being healed feels. Gluten-free has come a long way from tasting like flavored cardboard.

The first months that you decide to change your diet are the difficult ones, after a couple of months you don't even miss the junk foods. Last July I completed 9 years without relapses thanks to the changes in my lifestyle. Great conversation. Thanks. Greetings from Guadalajara, Mexico.
