Ty for what you do. Always keep active doing what you are able. MS, when it's new like yours, it has a lot of hope. 24 years into MS, I have seen many changes in Health Care. I had a spell of ON in June of 99. I was changing lives, moving towns. Forestry background. Diagnosed June 2000. Meh, Dad died within a week of that. Quitting Tobacco was the milestone in getting better in my life. That happened 5 years into MS, 35 years into that addiction, at the lowest point of my life. My 40th was the first Tobacco-free birthday in my life. I'm glad you are doing this; as a cure, when it comes, it won't fix the major damage we've done living in our environment, something which caused our Multiple Sclerosis to occur. Do you know about the Endocannabinoid system (ECS)? It's a fascinating study! Discovered in 1964, the use of Cannabis can supplement compromised ECS suspected of causing many chronic illnesses. Smoking is not the best way, but it does not hurt. It needs an acid molecule to be exactly like the hormone. That's removed for the effect.

I was diagnosed with MS in 2008. In 2015, during a relapse, I was in the hospital. I was reading a book about nutrition and habits in MS by Dr. Wahls. A neurologist saw me reading it and he approached to me and asked me for the book. After a while he came back and said it was quackery. At that time I had been seen my health going down day by day and I had nothing to lose so I decided to follow the rules from the book... Since then I have not had any relapses and little by little my symptoms disappeared. A few weeks ago, I was contacted by the specialties hospital to speak with the nutritionist that is working with the neurology department because they want to take that approach for MS patients. I was really glad when the girl nutritionist told me that. Greetings from Mexico.
