I thought i clicked on a video showcasing dex builds which im aware are extremely weak. But i think i mustve been mislead somewhere to a video about arcane builds which is obviously the most overpowered stat in the game. If you dont one shot fire giant with arcane you dont play it right. I have an arcane build, 99 arcane, 60 vigor, 20 dex and 14 strength and it one shots each phase of fire giant dealing roughly 30000 per jump attack. You're welcome, this guy isnt using dex.

Ghiza's wheel is better for strength builds, it gets no additional build up from arcane. Also, it's best in one hand using light R1s with a multiattack strength build. Thank me later
