My favorite machine. I wish it didn’t want to choke when you push it. The sequencer sucks, and the thing that you don’t have an interface to design sounds it’s very underwhelming. But it is so so playable.

Can someone shine a light on signal flow here please. I can see floating point midi clock I guess working to sync abelton and Octa? Midi in port being used on oct. Audio out into interface for DAW. So is he recording stereo tracks or recording track to track to mix ITB?.....excuse ignorance.

That warbling sound, it's drilling down into my brain, but in a really good way! Love the visuals, synth, vocal work, percussion and really the whole gestalt here, it's gorgeous and very creepy. Absolutely my kind of vibe.

You still have the same personality even after all your fame and I love it. Meaning being thrill on various music and all the small details . I also love how you get really into a song and find out who were involved and it’s deeper history,

Do you still wave your arms like a bird, when you get a mix just right or on beat with another record?

Love Dexter Wansel and love his original version of Sweetest Pain, which was covered by Loose Ends in the mod 80’s. And which Dexter approves of Loose Ends version.

Pads on m:C are close to useless for finger drumming... but with midi controller (pads n keys) its perfect. One of the most original drum machines/synths on the market. I am always there really fast when i search for the song idea. Performance friendly also.

Great track and glad to see you’re doing very well and followed thru in your music love. Yeah, that’s a great track and never heard it before and thanks for sharing on the Dram 2 Science track. The Mr. Fingers with the Martin Luther King speech was first an import and limited run and sort of disappeared. Yeah, vintage electro is fantastic and loved it from the very beginning and big when breakdancing was first big. Nice to see how much you’ve grown and progressed in your musical journey.

Had many of those records when I met you long ago around 90-91. Had a big love for all club music from freestyle, hip hop, house, disco and R&B. It was all the same to me bc I loved club culture and and it’s various changes.

If one wants a beefier filter sound, one could patch one of the outputs from the OUTPUT MIXER (HI output I think) and send the signal back into the FILTER, INPUT patch unit. The output is now the FILTER, MODE, I think. One has to be careful not to send too much signal back into the filter as it will feedback. I think the AMP SHAPER knob? controls the output from OUTPUT MIXER. Thanks for reviewing the EML 101. Great, solidly-built synth. Keith proud former owner of 2 - EML 101s, EML 200 and EML 400/401

About layout, design, workflow n interface - I like it a lot. Just get used to it, muscle memory will do the job. CRAFT swept away all of my mono analog synths. CRAFT is so good that I just bought SKULP... fcuk its DSP, I can's hear the difference anyway. The quality is so so but better than I expected. In the time of Pocket Operators it's not that big deal :)
