Everything I have done as per your instruction on my fzs v3 bs4 bike. Slipper clutch is working fine but. Grear shifting has gotten very hard compared to the original clutch. I have tried alot of adjustment of cluth freeplay but still the same. Any advice ?

I have new Honda SP125 and it priced 1.06lakhs So I am not shy to ask here that is it possible to install slipperclutch in Honda SP125. Fuel injected bikes are smoother than carborater bikes so I live in heavily traffic area with mixed condition roads and I needed quick shifting so slipperclutch is a must.

If there is any other honda bike of the same series with same set of clutch basket and pushrod size that comes with a slipper clutch then there shouldn't be a problem. In my case my bike has the same size of clutch basket and pushrod which the latest yamaha r15v3 has so there was no problem for me to install it.

See slipper clutch basically eliminate the engine braking when downshift hence it allows your vehicle to roll lil extra when during deaccleration and this is the key factor which most of us don't think and thats where we need to take advantage. .. even I didnt get more than 47 unless I use this technique and don't overspend. Hope this make sense.

Check for any oil leakage. If there is no sign of oil leakage, check for any visible white smoke from exhaust. If you see white smoke then you need to perform bore and piston work.

User manual recommends using 20w40 or 20w50 for fzs v1. 10w40 is too thin, use minimum 15w50

No bro infact it should feel lil smooth and easy coz it has only 3 spring ... you may need to adjust the clutch to make it lil loose and smooth which you can do it from the clutch lever.

I'm just using it from last Sunday,, it was 2 day ago . But in 2 days I have travelled around of 250 kms & my experience was so amazing. Smooth gear shifting & pressing the clutch more easier than before. Vibration fully gone . No milage drop. Using motul 7100 10w40 after installing this. But my engine was little bit heated than before after a long run. I think the engine need to some time to adjust with the new part. But thankyou so much to you ❤️ , Because if you didn't upload the video to install the slipper clutch on your bike. Then I would still use the standard clutch in my bike .

Good to know that but Slipper clutch will not drop the mileage at all it may give you the same milage or more bit it will not drop it totally depends upon your riding skills it there may be other factors which are affecting the milage. ... I hope the clutch setting is done correctly.
