Sherman is up by the Oklahoma border. No good if you have to work in or near Dallas.

@@safeandeffectivelol Almost nobody that calls me works in Dallas. They all work in Mckinney, Allen, Plano, and Frisco, or they work from home. Tons of jobs in Sherman and over 50,000 people and counting live there!
