The homes that I see on the builder site starting in the 290's are in Crandall Tx South East of Dallas, Not Mckinney or Anna/Van Alstyne

North Dallas? This house is in Van Alstyne which is an hour north of downtown Dallas. House looks great though.

That's an hour without traffic. If you have to commute downtown, that's 3-4 hours a day sitting in traffic. The closest sizeable cities are McKinney and Sherman and there aren't that many good jobs in those areas.

I’ve never even heard of Van A (whatever) & I LIVE IN Dallas! But usually, anything within an hour radius is considered Dallas to outsiders 😒
