15:45 I’m so sorry Xd Sometimes I get too much interest in abilities because they can define how you play with certain pokemon Some pokemon even are just… their abilities Which is usually not good. Because other pokemon can use the same or a similar ability. Similar to pokemon moves But, I normally like to make unique abilities or make them work with the pokemon stats, design, rol or appearence Like… you won’t give a glass canon the ability stamina That frail paper will shatter if hit Or… why give an ability to move slower to a pokemon that moves slow already Is better to not have abilities overlap or challenge the player wanting to try this new creatures

Humans and normal types aren’t as diferent in power But yet… some normal types could sweep humans like a rug Like… Slaking is powerful More than any lazy human I know, for sure Blissey is a better doctor than any doctor could get I guess that’s pokemon logic to you Even sports could be done by pokemon and they could do it better

Thanks for making a video like this As a fakemon enjoyer and maker, I like to see how other people make their process And I like to see how diferent it is Some people make fakemon around a theme of the game Some others related to types that they need in their games Or they have an idea for an ability and make the design after. Or start with a design and make the abilities later I normally do the types and some abilities first And then the sketch It helps me with taking inspiration, having a few ideas that I can use or to plan how they could look But I also did back in the day fakemon by making random lines and looking for shapes Hopefully, one day I can show my art somewhere

I love the design. Oincoinc has 'oink', 'coin', and 'inc' for incorporated. The coin in the back reminds me of the Arkansas Razorback, a famous college mascot from my neck of the woods. Speaking of, wild feral hogs are a real problem everywhere, and the idea of a wild and dangerous money hog would make a great evo idea. Wild speculation in the money markets, making money go haywire and hurting people. You could go for political cartoon in the last evo, wearing a barrel because he went broke lol. Great tips for making digital art. I'm still fairly new to digital art and my designs are as rendered as they need to be. For my project, I shrink them down anyway so I'm going more for the design aesthetic, but shading has always been a problem for me.

Fun fact: i’ve started a new pokemon region based on the UK nowadays with king charles in it. Yeah i know galar exists and it haunts me.. but i’ve started a good region i think. It’s battle mechanic is just if gmax mixed with mega evolution (called servant forms) as it turns the pokemon from a cute pikachu to a straight up unit of a pokemon. The starters are: Puplant (dog pokemon based on corgis and king charles) Emby (deer pokemon that evolve into alastor from hazbin hotel) Kittrol (shark controlling cat that evolve into a anthro cat (standing on 2 legs) like incineroar and masquerada)

As a artist I would also say to draw from reference. For example if you draw a pig pokemon maybe search up a picture of one or go see one IRL. But thats just my opinion.
