I'd like to imagine that the lovely cute Goobee have developed defensive mimicry by having the honeyblob being similar to goomys shape, to scare away bird types( just my mind tho). These designs improved so much on their previous versions✨!

In theory, I bet both Solosis, Duosion, Reuniclus, Goomy, Sliggoo, and Goodra did share common ancestry with Goobee, Amblebee, and Honarch

Yeah They all look pretty alike! The goomy thing wasn't intentional honestly, but when I noticed it I just ran with it and called it Goobee

@Garythemothim Plus, much like Vespiquen in Gen 8 and 9, Honarch can freely use Defense Order and Attack Order whenever she's in a bind. And if all else fails, Honarch will mercilessly attacking any invading interloper with Hyper Beam, Power Gem, Air Slash, Hurricane, Hex, Psychic Noise, Bug Buzz, and the signature Rock-Type Move called "Petrified Amber". It's like both Salt Cure, Freeze-Dry, and Galarian Acticuno's signature Freezing Glare but more amber-like and even stupidly super effective against other Bug-Types. Referencing the ancient times where dino-stored bugs are trapped in amber until they are found by humans in modern times.

Amblebee is a unique take on the amber insect I like it It might not be a rock type But it is fun Maybe the original will be saved for a new design but… oh well To the hole you go, bee hive version XD

I love Goobee The original, may I say, looked too adult of a face and small of a body Like… those eyes and eyelashes But Goobee works so much better As an advice, Honey gather is ok. But I feel like 1- Honey needs a better use than just… selling. I liked the idea of it attracting pokemon like gen 4 or like gen 6 making hords of pokemon If not the one, maybe you can opt for… 2- make Honey gather an ability that not only gathers honey but has some natural cure to some effects. Like… burns can be treated with honey. Honey was a natural medicine back in the day. Maybe not as good as Shield dust. But could work as a nice compliment to make honey gather niche If you find more interesting data about honey that can be used in the ability, please share

I think having some abilities that aren't good in battle, but are pretty usefull in a playthrough is important (like runaway or pickup) But honey is super nishe! So yeah maybe Honey is some kind of ingredient you can use in this games cooking minigame, which increases pokemon spawnrates and shiny odds or something

@ I WOULD LOVE A COOKING MINIGAME I MISSED MY POKEPOFFINS SO MUCH AND I NEED MORE THINGS TO DO THAN BEING A POKEMON TRAINER Like, battling is fun But I spent HOURS in the Sinnoh underground And probably in the contests of Hoenn too Unova had musicals, movies and some sports (tho, those can’t be played. A shame) And… from gen 6 onwards is full battle and no fun outside of them We need those back And honey being able to make food to attract chains. That would be fun

Hummigrate is speedy as hell And I love the shiny No matter if it lacks off in the late game I would have one and use it Specially if it learns Infestation or a move that causes it Since that will drain the opponent little by little

I still think its decent speed gives it some utility in battle all be it nishe. I'm bad at competitive and stuff, but I feel that with tinted lens and that speed, it can be a useable support pokemon

@@Garythemothim I say that too Also, Tinted lens would help a lot in normal playthrough as well I don’t see why it can’t be used as a hazard setter or maybe a special attacker with some nasty combos of moves Specially flying and maybe fire (probably won’t get any fire move but… to counter steel, you can have other team mates)

You know I will catch a Honarch and call it Mercy Or maybe give it the name of an artist like Frida since the dress kinda looks like a pen or paint brush PD: what do you mean it controls servants with a single move of her hips?! Are this servants only pokemon? Or is this another smash or pass doubt pokemon? XD Also… Snorlax is immune? So… it means lazy and hungry saves you from Honarch’s mind control?

Bee communicate by dancing and it's super interesting! They can communicate the location, quantity, quality, etc. of flowers just by moving their body! It's so cool!
