Do you find that technique is different for surface finning distance to swimming underwater?

Something worth covering is the interchangeability or lack of brand foot pockets and blades. I have used Omar stingrays for years. So comfortable. My blades seem longer and slimmer those those here.

Nice work! One thing I've found out while diving that sort of setup is the loop near the swage at the carabiner is the cable can wedge under the carabiner on your turn around. Then on the way up it pinch's the rope creating friction. Articulation at the carabiner isn't good :)

Thanks so much for your video and explanation. I had the issue exactly described in the video. I felt I was doing a lot of work in my mouth but my equalization was very weak. I start to follow exercises in this video and got an improvement of awareness of my glottis and soft palate. Still a long way to go but thanks again!

I got a sigalsub sauron from Italy same mask. In the USA it is also sold as xs scuba apnos. It is very comfortable but I tried it today for the first time, but it fogged a lot even after lighter treatment. I will try again. I also purchased a C4 plasma, which maybe is one step above in field of view and comfort. The other mask looks like the mares x free more than the aqualung micromask. I would erase that logo with some toothpaste and some kitchen scrubber. Thanks for the great overview. What are you using these days? The first mask seems better than the Omer Zero 3.

Thanks for the video which provides great context for newcomers. It has convinced me to start with a pole spear. Would you recommend starting with a three prong tip? It would seem the way to up the chances of landing a hit...

I think that depth is a good feature missing in my watch. I have blackout gulfmaster since 2013 and it is still running until now. Only con is the watch a bit bigger on the wrist it is hard to put clothes with watch on the wrist. I have used my watch for diving in Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand and can attest to this rugged feature. I have read somewhere where someone said that if I turn the crown while underwater, the water will get throught. Absolutely no, I have it and tried it under 50m and it is still running great. Solar is the best.
