There are only very little videos I could find talking about freediving finning technique so thanks for this! I’m a scubadiver who’s learning freediving and as a scubadiver I was taught many different finning techniques so it was easy to correct myself straight away. I’ve just started freediving a year ago and just looked at a video of my finning which kind of made me realized I’ve been bending my knees to much when descending. Thanks again for this. I’ll excitedly wait for my next chance of going freediving in a week and try descending with my legs straight. Cheers x

Do you find that technique is different for surface finning distance to swimming underwater?

Very helpful video. This tip is for all the lengths of fins? The opening of the feet has to be as bigger as possible,or there is no need for extra "pushing" ? Thanks for your help

Hi! Thanks for the video. Just one question, should I push as hard forward as backwards or is one movement stronger than the other one? Thanks
