Hello there. A very informative video, thank you. Just one question. I have lumity 50 aids. Can I still use my phonak remote control when I have my app running, please? I can't use the app when I'm driving and often need to the turn sound down or up as road conditions change. Kind regards Malcolm

Hello Christiane. I wanted to thank you for the informative videos on hearing aids. I live an Arizona US. I am in my seventies and I will be getting my first pair of hearing aids Audeo L70-RL RIC in just a couple of weeks. I have mild hearing loss and tinnitus. Your videos are so easy to understand. I have watched them more than once and I'm sure I will be watching them again after I get my hearing aids. I don't use Facebook and I'm so happy you have your videos on KZbin. Again thank you, Alice

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Just what I’ve been searching for. I’ve had my aids for 1 week. When I first started speaking with my aids in my voice sounded different. I felt that I was coming across as deaf talking. I was very self conscious of this. I also didn’t know how loud I was speaking and had to ask work colleagues if my volume was ok. You explained this so well. A week on, I feel I’m talking normal again.

Love my new phonak aids. Great video thank you. Helps heaps I use this app. Love how my preference stays on after I close the app. I’ve enjoyed setting my own hearing feature. Great step recording too.

Went back to the "professional" twice for these hearing aids switching modes by themselves and blasting my ears, didn't fix it.

Knowing my hearing was declining i visited Connect Hearing & competitor ,denying my need of hearing aid for 2 more years I went back to James McGrath ,what an amazing difference Phonak hearing aids have made for me . James and Connect Hearing gave me the best professional and friendly service I was expecting a 4 **** company HB

I'm finding background noise - group setting and I hear nothing. Hollow background and echo. People talking to their chest or mumble - no matter how much you explain, or people that will not speak up, not matter what you request.
