Hello there. A very informative video, thank you. Just one question. I have lumity 50 aids. Can I still use my phonak remote control when I have my app running, please? I can't use the app when I'm driving and often need to the turn sound down or up as road conditions change. Kind regards Malcolm

I can’t rise or lower sound for each ear. I only only have one adjustment for sound. Can I fix this or do I have to go to the manufacturer (PHONAK)

I have just been fitted with Marvel aids. I’d love to be able to track steps but that’s not showing up under Health. Also I’d love to see the information on my wearing time… but those aren’t able to tap through- do you know how to access that?

My hearing aids (Phonak) do not work on Zoom. I have to use my laptop settings in order to be able to be able to hear what others are saying. What can I do about this?

I don't know about Phonak, but I've always had trouble with Zoom and device compatibility.
