How to connect your hearing aids to you your smartphone, TV and more with Bluetooth

Will the com pilot Air 2 work with a roger mic. I work behind a plexiglass screen all day..it’s almost impossible to hear customers on the other side of the glass. Is there something that I could attach to the glass or place on the counter that would pick up voices and send to my com pilot?
