I’m 52 hoping to end the rat race by 60 with above $1M. I know money is a liability to be exchanged for assets with real value like real estate (properties for rent) stocks (dividends) bonds (interest) But, what is it with bitcoin? I hear a lot about it and I'd love to diversify my portfolio.

bitcoin does not pay any yield but will reward you with growth that you can't find in any other asset class

look at the charts, bitcoin has outperformed every stock and banking product ever developed even after multiple pullbacks over the last decade. not a financial advisor but I know what i'm saying

Akhil did a good job hiding his TDS in this interview. Anyone watching this space already knows tarrifs are bad and LVT is good, we really don't need to hear why Trump is an evil monster for the 1000x time (although he couldn't help but allude to muh Russian influence 😂). As for 1:00:30 this implies the labor theory of value, which is absolute hogwash. If I sell rocks that I've bashed against my head do you then say "these rocks are valuable because that bloke bashed his head with each one?" If so I've got some of my kid's Legos to sell you (and the foot boo-boos for proof of value).

the graph shows that the commodities boom occurs from 2020 until the peak, but commodities have barely moved....why is this

Akhil, if SPX tops in 2029, this would be after the downturn of the 65 month liquidity cycle. Seems to not align very well. What would make the most sense is the stock market tops late ‘25, early ‘26
