Great explanation! Congratulations! One question: Te 50mm focal length of the human eye, refers to a single eye or the combination of both in the resulting binocular vision?

I remember my first time watching the movie, and I noticed that the color palette was different and something wasn’t right. I had no idea he was in the wrong universe tho!

Informative but, dude, if you're going to use the cursor as a pointing tool as well as a function selection tool during the "tutorial", please observe what I call "hyper-wandering-cursor" that happens when the inflections in speaking and emphasis translate into animated hands and your mouse movements. Years ago, someone passed this tip along to me in my aviation-related cockpit training videos and my viewers really appreciated the improvement. It's been demonstrated that every move of the cursor the viewer is follows for learning, must move only for logical reasons. This is critical for two reasons. One, obviously, is to convey the intended point but secondly and just as important it's to not confuse or frustrate viewers when the cursor "wanders" without purpose. The latter comes because the viewer still follows the "wandering-cursor" all over the place regardless. This phenomenon is so bad in some videos that I just want to step on moving pointer as if it were a roach. 🙂 Personally, in my tutorial work, I like to take my hand off the mouse momentarily to "freeze" the pointer in position of the last point of interest. This issue is also resolved by the nature of, and, in using a stylus-type pointing device (by accomplished users of that type device). You have great work and this tip, as I learned, will propel you up a notch on the professional ladder and your viewers will finish the video feeling better about it, not needing to clean roach spray off the monitor. Best regards and thanks again for sharing. Take care.

Amazing video! I had the pleasure of working on S02, S03 and TMK, and I can tell you that a LOT of effort went into the colour language (and shape language) in the show.

I really appreciate you sharing this! I sometimes forget that talented, experienced artists like yourself also struggle and feel frustration. This is a great reminder that frustration doesn't necessarily mean that you're failing or inadequate. Going to save this for when I feel discouraged in the artistic process.

I'm so glad I finally got around to reading these. This was soooooo beautiful. And I loved your voice- it was calm and it felt peaceful, relaxing in a way. And your animatic made it even more immersive with the sounds and everything. I honestly don't see how sth like this didn't get first place.

Could you do a video comparison of the different types of buildings in your favorite media? I know environments say a lot & *Across the Spiderverse* alone makes the different worlds feel alive while speaking volumes on the artists that contributed but I was enamored by *TMNT Mutant Mayhem* & I'm sure there's more you'd like to speak on, maybe Arcane - even the Spiderman Games do interesting things with the buildings

I learned this method in Japan. Technically, this is the illustrator version way of doing it. Japanese people learn to do the fastest method. But I don't like this because it's not panting.

Is it possible to apply the halftone texture to just one brush? Each time I change brushes it turns off, or if I lock the texture tab, it applies the halftone to my other brushes too. I just want to use a halftone brush without having to fiddle with the settings every time. Thanks.

For the explanation of the 42 thing you mentioned for those who don't know, 42 is the meaning of life, at least according to Douglas Adams. He wrote a book called 'The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy', in which an omniescent supercomputer spends a loooooong time calculating the answer to the question "What is the meaning of life?". The sole answer that the computer gives? "42". That's it. No explanation. 42 being the meaning of life, a meaning of the very being, what sets one up to *be* - that ties in beautifully to the whole canon-events thing and who-you-are.

It depends on the kind of building, some are fairly simple with a water tower or air conditioner units. I like to add satellite dishes and small fencing, but you could even do a small garden and chairs etc. 😊

Man after I finished entergalatic I felt like something was missing one of those pieces where once you finish it you feel like you’ve lost purpose I wish there were more films/shows like entergalatic but I feel like cudis influence really made the film incredible and so did the rest of the team especially the animation team i found myself pausing the movie when the spacey scenes would play almost like I was hypnotized by it’s beauty.
