Because of my profession communication skills are important. I clicked on your website but there is no information about your background, expertise, education, licensures, etc. If you want customers you need to flesh out your website :). With respect.

It is simple if you follow Buddha rules for speech: Is it ( true, opportune, gentle, beneficial, and spoken with a mind of good-will?) That means that the truth should be tell if is the right time, the right moment, right condition and intention and if is beneficial to tell it. If not , just keep silent . Speaking the true if it hurt people, if is of no use, etc is not advice by Buddha; by the way Socrates rules are a short simplified version with only 3 conditions for Westerners : "Socrates rules for speech" often summarized as "Is it true, is it timely, is it beneficial".

Speaking of truth, you should read the letter by Ivan Panin to the NY Sun newspaper from 1899. You can find it online. You’ll find it very difficult to finish because it is so mind blowing.

0:39 Mate, I’ve got news for you. You are, in fact, an idiot. I do understand people, and I can swear on all heavens that humankind is one fucking idiotic (and awful) species. Feel free to lie to yourself despite all the overwhelming evidence, but don’t insult my intelligence (meagre as it is) by trying to convince me otherwise.

I find the yellows can be the most toxics ones. When you are doing well the yellow are so much fun and your best friend but when you need them at your worst, they gonna let you hanging. They won’t listen about your problems but want that are doing that for them. They are the most selfish person I have met in my life and thats why nobody is sticking to them. Of course nit every yellow is like this but I already met a few who are the worst.

To think that a relationship will be 100% happy is a fallacy. It would be nice to not have conflict, but we’re all so different that it’s unavoidable. My old therapist expressed how important it is to speak in love mostly in conflict. Thanks for this video. Short and meaningful.

Loved the book, took the online test, and with Blue being my dominant color, now I know why I'm here to gather yet more information! Somewhat surprised I ended up Blue and Red dominant, but it makes sense when I take a step back and look at myself!

The best support I’ve received are from clients whom I’ve known before I started my company but I have other friends who own businesses who help; however even they are busy most the time. It is truly lonely at the top.

I’m definitely a red but have learned most people can’t handle the truth so when asked and I know they won’t be able to handle it I simply say if you like it then that’s all that matters so am I not a red?

In my work they defined me as yellow at its best. With all the good and bad that that entails. I work in advertising, I think the only reason I was never fired is because I think outside the box. I have ideas that I don't know how they come out of my mind, I feel like they just explode in my brain and it's a dopamine rush, it's hard to explain, but when it comes to filling out documents and doing things in order, I give my bosses big headaches. . Another big positive side that you also mention is communication. When in meetings my bosses don't know what to talk about, they just look at me and wait for me to reverse the situation, it's a lot of fun. You explained perfectly how we are. Very good content

I am a green-blue hybrid. I turn very blue at least when it comes to theses, I turn either red (if I am indeed surrounded by idiots) or remain my usual green (if I am most likely the idiot in terms of experience/intelligence) in teamwork. Blue only really emerges if others do not depend on me (not) finishing. *Edit: ok, I have the perfectionism of blue types - but where the hell did the tediousness go? Did I miss out on something? 🤣

I don't know if I'm just feeling my hangover or if I really don't like you after a minute of watching this... but I'm going to stick to it for the information and the relatively truthful humour, anyway. I may seem green on the outside... but that's because I only share and/or defend my opinion in spaces where it has impact/matters. So far for me this has been outside of the workplace (but I've only started working ;) ).

P.S.: Don't you think that in the workplace, we (salaried employees) also highly depend on being agreeable and executing before making any innovative suggestions? - I feel like most of work life is a desert brick road of executing what others want from you, anyway, even if it is a creative task.
@FinalfantasyFRANtic

P.P.S.: I feel I have much more leeway in expressing my (true) self if I don't have an executive looming over me - learned this throughout my civic engagement - I prefer to set my own timelines, and some superiors have a problem with that ;-) Yes, I can be resistant to change, if it upsets my productivity/FLOW. No, I can be an ambassador for change, if the *current* setting upsets my productivity/FLOW.

P.P.P.S.: I do think this video might be shaking me and other people up to think about how we (should better) cope with conflicts in the workplace, though👍 I officially out myself as people-pleaser, however I am either too active-aggressive (rebellious) or too creative to reach the level of the lady you describe - anger over having to do too much always goes somewhere ... e.g., prolonging the lunch break by +20 (but still managing all imperative to-dos)

@@FinalfantasyFRANtic Well, while I respect your opinion, I'm not here to make you like me, but to share my knowledge. And yes, sometimes certain insights can be a bit ... painful. We all have out weak spots. few of us really want to talk about them. 🙂

First of all, fantastic video :) It's actually sociopaths who are very impulsive; psychopaths, on the other hand, are very methodical and calculated. They'll often plan elaborate plans ahead of time before committing heinous atrocities.
