1. we see in season 9 that when scootaloo grows up, her wings are still undersized and she still cant fly. i believe her to be physically disabled. 2. the other pinkie pies didn't have pinkie's memories, as we saw with her having to teach them her best friend's names. so the final pinkie pie is certainly the real one. but there was at least a 'leftover', given the episode about the article done on rarity's manehattan boutique. unless it was a changeling. but thats less fun, and also (i believe? may have been trixie) starlight said they weren't sure they got all the pinkies zapped away

Magical Mystery Cure is my personal favorite just because they do an amazing job of showing just exactly why this show works as well as it does.
