Dark chocolate has tons of heavy metals, even the organic brands. So does cacao. So please really check the levels before eating a lot of this.

Channels like this, think they show extraordinary things when what is extraordinary is nature, and everything it produces, not a select group of foods.

I don't want to live longer, what I want is to stay Healthy and not Suffering(*) during the last days of my life, it's even more difficult to achieve. I am 70 yrs. old now. * there are many ways in which a person can suffer. Maybe the well-informed doctor can generate a few videos on how to achieve it.

Difficult to take seriously a video with a spelling mistake - comming - in the opening shot. And the flavour in Early Gray tea is bergamot not orange. I know this is only youtube but facts is facts.

I totally agree good video. 👍 i used to do catering and the oil came in a box it look like a huge block of white cheese, and everything we fried in it vegetarian and non-vegetarian, and was told to changed when its turn black. I wotk 12 years and never ate from the owner's.

100% agree, but many would not listen, just grab the recipes. Dr. Li gives a great deal of relative information. I like learning about the impacts, so I look for the recipes in the description at the end of the video. I get really discouraged when they are not there. Have learned to just write them on recipe cards while I listen.

What about the many long time cancer specialists, with their own successful tx clinics who say that eating keto (either Veg or meat keto diets) is the best way to thwart glutamine fermentation, a main cause of cancer? Sugary fruit doesn't seem good for cancer. I've read about low methionine diet for treating cancer, but that too is high in sugar as fruits have little methionine. It'd be great to get some solid answers.

Got to call BS on this. Harvard trained means he probably has vegan ideals. Sorry to disappoint you but snacking does not fight cancer. Veggies do not fight cancer. Beta Caroline is useless and biounavailable to humans. The only way to fight cancer with diet is to eliminate carbohydrates and fast to repair and renew mitochondrial health. You have to know the cause of cancer to fight it. It's mitochondrial dysfunction.
