Are these recipes in your book? The first recipe said kidney beans but the picture shown looked like black-eyed peas. Please say which. Thank you.

I hope I can help: red/brown/black legumes are a great source of anthrocyanins- so there are more choices if purple cabbage/berries can't be easily sourced, plus beans are great for protein. The pic of the dish definitely shows red kidney beans, and the black eyed beans appears to be shown in error. Feel free to correct me if my info is off ❤

Im allergic to all peppers, starting with black pepper, bell peppers and hot peppers...paprika really bothers me and its in so many things that i have to scratch cook and im Not much of a cook lol....also allergic to ginger, turmeric and cumin....really hard to go out to dinner.....

In the US, most are farm-raised due to our overfishing problem. I do not know about other regions in the world.
