It's more itchy than prickly to me. The slime of the taro has the itch I think. I wear gloves when I handle them and I cook them extra longer and I soak them first for a day. I love them with coconut cream and ginger too but I have to take extra precautions preparing and cooking them. Thank you God bless you Maranatha

Vinegar! Why? The fermentation will produce sourness so there is no need for it. The preparation of pickle mustard green traditionally/authentically would never call for vinegar anyway
@RomulosKitchenandGarden

Vinegar in any preparation extends the shelf life that is why.

It is essentially stressing the tree. Statistically, regardless of the age, very very low chances. Just try it. Share the result, please.

Nice. Looks like the garden is ready to take off for the warmer👍. Here in the US, if you bought a plant or a tree from a reputable home improvement center (Home Depot or Lowe's) and dies, you can take it back to the center and trade it for another plant or get your money back. Most plants is returnable for 90 days but perennials, trees, roses, and shrubs gets extended 1-year window in Home Depot. Romulo, are you renting the garden space? They have a gardener club here also where you can rent a garden space.
