This particular ring is from Go Sport It, but I got it years ago and I think they just do some apparel items now. You can find them at Amazon or Target, though; I bet they show up at places like TJ Maxx, too. If you're buying online, search for "pilates ring" or "magic ring" and they'll come up.

Hi from New Zealand. Im a pilates instructor trained by Michael King UK AND Helen Tardent Pilates Moves in Sydney and Total Gym USA Pilates Master Trainer and love when i find someone teaching pilates so accurately and cueing beautifully its so refreshing. I notice your book and affiliate on Amazon and wondering if this easy to do?

Hi! Thank you so much -- that's so nice to hear from another instructor. :) As for the book, do you mean if it's easy to self-publish for Kindle? Yes, they do make it pretty straightforward and user-friendly. It's fairly time-consuming the first time (especially formatting), but I remembered enough the second and third time around to make that part of it go faster. Great workout! Thanks for allowing enough reps of each movement to allow for actual BENEFITS. Also the pace was wonderful. Nitpickng one thing: The cue for the FIgure 4 stretch toward the end said “Cross one leg over the other” and that can meandifferent things (cross at the ankles? Cross where and how?) if you’re not watching the screen. Why not just say “Figure 4” which we all know? Also side two got gypped on the FIgure 4--you allowed like ony 10 seconds on that side ! Otherwise nice job.

Great points! Thank you so much for pointing that out. Figure 4 is such a simple way to cue that....not sure why I wouldn't do that! :D And I love that stretch, so I'll take care to make sure both sides are treated more equally going forward. :) Thanks again! Glad you enjoyed the workout.

Great idea for a class and think I could really have loved this had it not been for the continual interruption of ads. It was impossible to stay with my breath and the flow. I'd rather have one big block of ads at the beginning or even in the middle if necessary but having the class broken up with ads every few minutes was disruptive and unpleasant.

Oh, no! I don't like those disruptions, either, and I hadn't realized it was set to do that. I'm going to go in and get that changed now, so by the next time you do this it should be more enjoyable. :) Thank you for letting me know!

Hey! I loved the work! I've been trying to research for KZbin video like yours that breaks down the topics in this vid. 👌 The part at 1:30 is my favorite. Your lesson reminds me of the content of this smart med student Dr. Ethan! Ethan's demonstrations are actually insightful and I learned a lot for finals! He is the most informative Doctor on KZbin and he talks about vitamins. I recommend you watch his YT out and give the med student a subscribe! 👉 #DrEthanKZbin

Hi, Yemen! It can be hard to classify, but overall, I would say it's intermediate with beginner-friendly options. For example, in the seated spinal twist, you could do it with crossed legs instead of straight legs to make it more doable. Hope that helps a little!

Hi, Isabelle! It's always hard to classify a workout as beginner or intermediate, because there are so many levels within those levels! I think if it's done as-is, it would be intermediate, but a beginner with some workout experience may find it accessible, and it's more user-friendly if you take some of the options. It's definitely scalable if you need to work easier or harder. :)
