A new pilates ring workout! In about 30 minutes, we do a full body workout using the ring.
Featuring: variations on the double leg stretch, crunches (with rotation), hip bridges, back extensions, push-ups, high lunge, and more.

Hi. Nice workout. How would you rate it ? Intermediary or beginners?

Hi, Isabelle! It's always hard to classify a workout as beginner or intermediate, because there are so many levels within those levels! I think if it's done as-is, it would be intermediate, but a beginner with some workout experience may find it accessible, and it's more user-friendly if you take some of the options. It's definitely scalable if you need to work easier or harder. :)

Great workout! Thanks for allowing enough reps of each movement to allow for actual BENEFITS. Also the pace was wonderful. Nitpickng one thing: The cue for the FIgure 4 stretch toward the end said “Cross one leg over the other” and that can meandifferent things (cross at the ankles? Cross where and how?) if you’re not watching the screen. Why not just say “Figure 4” which we all know? Also side two got gypped on the FIgure 4--you allowed like ony 10 seconds on that side ! Otherwise nice job.

Great points! Thank you so much for pointing that out. Figure 4 is such a simple way to cue that....not sure why I wouldn't do that! :D And I love that stretch, so I'll take care to make sure both sides are treated more equally going forward. :) Thanks again! Glad you enjoyed the workout.
