Great video review! Have you been able to use an external converter from USB to HDMI with these cameras?

I was thinking about getting the Nikon Zf but decided to get the Lumix S9. I wanted a full frame camera but the S9 has better video features. I will admit, the S9 for photography is more challenging than the Zf but the smaller body size was the main factor of my final choice to get the S9.

I have a question that seems to be glossed over by every review and also Ulanzi's own specifications. Can you use the 2 microphones simultaneously and if so do they record as 2 seperate audio tracks or a combined track? The images on the Ulanzi website suggest that 2 people can use the mics together but nowhere in the specs does it confirm that. Your reply would be really appreciated, Ulanzi support never answers.

I mainly use m4/3 and hardly ever use video. And if I need a quick video I just use my phone. But I decided to do a quick couple video’s with the ZF. And when I transferred them to my phone they all were pure white noise from the sound. And I was just using the in the camera microphones. So not sure what happened?

Hi, I'm using USB-C to USB-C connection with my handheld PC (a ROG Ally X), but I don't want the monitor to draw power from my PC. I would like to plug it into an outlet using the other USB-C port so it gets power from the outlet only. If I connect it to a power outlet while it's also connected to my PC via USB-C, will it still draw power from my PC or only from the outlet?

I want to connect it to my Smartphone and use PS Remote Play to play on a bigger screen everywhere i want. Do you think it is good for that?

Don’t know which ones to use looking for one general mobile DJing going live that can pick up the light with disco lights in the background. Any advice would be appreciated not looking to spend over £1000 like this bloke in the videosensible amount probably two or three cameras.

Through the splitter will my monitor still get 144hz?

The video starts with "this is the Nikon ZFc" when the camera is actually the ZF as can plainly be seen. I think most people would stop watching after that mistake. Just saying.

I've seen seen lightly used Zfs going for $1200. I think it's a steal at that price. I've had my Zf since it came out and love it. The only Nikon I own and it's great for manual focus lenses which is what I primarily use it for. I use a Lumix S9 for video.

good video! been on the fence about the Zf for awhile now especially since theres one on ebay mint for 1100 lol. I'm originally a Nikon shooter from my dSLR days and moved to Fuji. Been wanting to get back into Full Frame and the S5iix was what I was looking at but that Zf is so appealing. Only if it had better video support. I think the firmware updated S9 is more capable then the Zf.. so unfortunate.

I am losing my mind trying to get a 30ft HDMI optical cable to work through a switch at 120hz VRR. I want Series X and PS5 to connect to box. Then one cable to 1080p plasma and the other to 4K 120hz VRR tv. Can't do it. I've spent hundreds so far! Will this box do it?

Too bad of those 13ms response, they are kind of obvious on PC to be honest. But for that probably you'll want to use a proper PC monitor. Great for productivity and on the go on everything other than games.

So with the splitter, I can extend my laptop to 2 different displays? My ideal set up is to have my laptop and 27" monitor duplicated (bcuz limitations), with my drawing tablet as a 2nd display. This will save me from constantly unplugging and swapping between HDMIs while also allowing me to continue using all my displays (bcuz I sacrifice my monitor for my drawing tablet and vice versa)

in the Xbox section I only see one cord running from the Xbox to the screen and then I see what looks like a USB-C dongle connected to the screen. Is this correct? If so what dongle pair (USB-C + USB-A) did you use for the power connection? Do you have a link?
