So great! I’m inspired to make a doodle free style sketch book. Your sketchbook looks so freeing.❤

Happy Birthday September baby🎉💕 33 (putting up de 3’s as much as possible)😊 I love how colorful your pieces are. Also watching you flip through your Grey tone sketchbook is a refreshing reminder that just because it’s grey/or whatever other color then white doesn’t mean it always has to show through 😅. Sending ✌🏼&💕

I've been stuck in a rut with my art for the past year now. All I ever seem to draw anymore is cute anime girls and while I love it (sailor moon was what originally inspired me to begin my art journey many years ago), I feel stuck. Like I'm not making any progress whatsoever. Recently I've been watching a lot of sketchbook tours to find some inspiration and I always end up wondering 'that looks amazing, I wonder what their thought process was while doing that?' but then I feel like it might be too personal of a question cause we all have interesting thoughts floating in our heads when we create art. I don't really know where I'm going with all of this. lol I loved watching this! 💙 Your sketchbook pages are very beautiful! :)

You need to check out an artist by the name of Artchiu. I love them and they love Sailor Moon too. Many of her talking points might resonate with you and I mean it also resonated with me because honestly same. I've been praying a lot about this and I've been learning a lot about myself. I'll share with you the fruits of my prayers but I encourage you to do the same because GOD may have a different message for you but mine is: Stop trying to have "sailor moon conversations" without saying the words "sailor moon". If you really want to talk about sailor moon then...talk about it. It's what you love and people love that passion and love sailor moon too. Art is just another way we people talk to one another. Just don't say bad words. IRL and with your art. That's what makes art bad.

..... one more thing: It's so absolutely common, for women and especially for neurodivergent ones, to take this route. We grow up with a lot of pressure. Being different is not tolerated in females as much. And we internalize it and come up with a mask that helps us survive. And as we are loving and emphatic beings, becoming mothers and loving our children often presents the leverage it takes to crack this mask open and realize, it wasn't the most loving thing to have even though we had our reasons to create it. It's a humbling thing. We can only learn to love ourselves in serving the ones we love the most. Because then we have to. There's no other way that we can ever love them right if we resist that step. It's sooo women's life.... I guess we 're all right with you there. And again.. sending you all my support. Saying it with Lady Gaga: You're on the right track baby you are born this way🎶👍

Deeeear arleesha. I wanted to write to you anyways. but know I just saw this video. And I have to tell you how much I love you. I have watched your earlier videos a lot. the watercolor portraits. That's what I wanted to learn at the time. And watching you was so important to me. You are such a nice presence on the web. A wIndow into someones unique creativity. And you helped me along quite a bit. The shift to a new style at first I didn't vibe with. But now I begin to understand and watching your process is great. I love it. When you watch someone finding their own freedom , you always profit. Everyone does. Keep going love. It's grand. (as the Irish would put it). Sending you my appreciation and support.

You can't take anything with you once you die. Your art supplies, your art, your stuff...as an artist who wants to create stuff...lately I've been asking myself a lot of "whys". Why do i draw? For whom? What?

3:09 I am a Woman with Autism, late diagnosis about 2 yrs ago [I'm 47 now], and my god you don't know how good it feels to hear you say unmasking, and that you're healing. Needing to fit into these boxes that we were pushed into because of one reason or another really traumatized me. I swear an entire generation of us just got cast aside with the wrong diagnosis or just dismissed by society altogether, seen as no good kids. That stayed with me for a very long time until someone finally turned the lights on for me. I guess I just want to say I really understand. Especially now that I'm raising a Son with Autism, I see now what I went through, and it was scary and painful. I welcome you back with open arms. Your true self is most welcomed here... it is so joyful to listen to YOU say these things. I feel seen. I hope you understand where I'm coming from. You mean so much to so many of us.
