It must look amazing with natural daylight ( I hope there’s windows in the kitchen). I dont understand her accent making english from other universe.

My fave pieces of hers is that Indian Pichai painting ( not sure if am spelling it right) and the ancient miniature Chinese painting of Indian royalty. Love the two big carvings of dragons and the long rustic wood pieces that highlight the length of her walls. Not crazy about the amount of busts and the paintings set against the mosaic wall murals esp as they are against equally patterned velvet pillows. It detracts the beauty from each piece because your senses are assaulted from all places. Am a fan of maximalist. But maximalism needs to be coherent...like Alidad’s designs...and not just an explosion of anything goes.

Why do these Indian rich people do these extreme maximalist designs that are not coherent? Why cant they store some and rotate the decor..so its not all there and just overwhelming? Sorry, I cant appreciate this. Same with that Suzanne Khan’s home. Its not about showing off your riches...its about subtle class. And this is coming from a maximalist, myself.
