Virat Kohli unwinds at his wellness-chic and tech-savvy holiday home in Alibag, brought to life by globally acclaimed architects at SAOTA, led by Phillippe Fouché.
Although this conscious preacher of wellness and slow living didn’t just choose any property to call home in the coastal town, he handpicked Avās Living, a community centered around a holistic luxury lifestyle, started by founder and CEO Aditya Kilachand.

Just a thought: A house feels like home when you have imperfect stuffs around you. When your furniture have grown old and rugged, you have things not so perfectly organized. When you walk in to your kitchen, even though its clean, but still you see oil stains, your exhaust fan is not very clean, you might find bits of vegetable skin lying around the dustbin. Few of the utensils are still lying in the sink. Your bedroom is clean but not everything is perfectly aligned, you balcony has chairs not lined up properly, you have few old leaves and flowers about to break, thats what makes me feel comfortable.

thats for middle to low class, high class people replaces old furnitures and hires cleaners to maintian the house through out the year

Growing up my mom was a cleanliness freak. Everything should be clean and in its place. I adopted that as well in my childhood. I feel more comfortable and at home with that. To each their own, I guess.
