My favorite part about bardcore is honestly not the “thou” or “thou” style replacements but the vocabulary such as shifts the place names here…. It’s like a little bit of medieval life peeking through

Well done cover. But the reason I love the original so much is the celebratory music contrasted by the serious and somewhat foreboding lyrics. By changing the key to a minor one, you’ve stripped the song of one of things that makes it so great. I love your art and covers. Please keep making them. I just feel this one missed the mark.
