Now at the 7 minute mark neither of them have accurate totals on their bases. Am I wrong here?

You are correct. Both players were writing down the totals and agreed to just keep track that way. In large official tournaments, I am sure visible damage counter on the bases will be enforced.

I'm still here! After the Baltimore series wrapped up, I did not have any more tournament footage to use and was not able to attend SCG CON Tampa. I will also not be in DC this weekend for the SCG CON there. The last month has been quite busy for me, including having no power for about the last week due to the hurricane.

I think going wide in space would definitely help. The Qi'ra deck does a very good job at dealing with threats in the ground arena.

unless i am mistaken, starting from the R6 turn, the han player fails to destroy the extra resource from han's attack two turns in a row. Kind of a big deal.

There was a couple times in this match that a resource should have been defeated and was not. Unfortunately, this was something missed by the players and judge.

There are always math errors in these videos and its really annoying to see that there are no judges watching the game that could help. When playing for such a big prize, there should always be a judge watching semi finals, quarter finals and finals.

Hi there! When you say math errors, did I make an error in damage count on screen? I try to be extremely careful when editing and double check, but I can certainly overlook things at times.

@@Next-GenGamingSC not at all, it's the math errors that the players make. I feel there should be a judge at the tournament to help them do math/correct their math. Your vids are great how they are, keep doing what you're doing!

Matt been doing to much missplays on his attack decisions , u gotta kill everything on the board when you are at 1 hp not swing 4 into bass and keep a unit alive for the next phase

Man matt kinda misplayed that at around 39:45 . If he was going to use palpatine's ability to sac bridger, he could have killed han (leader) and sac'd bridger to deal 1 to the 5 damage Unit Han and he'd have saved 6 damage on vader.

Man, that last round would have given me so much anxiety regardless of which side I was on. Palp looked like it had stabilised at 29. And then to find out if he'd taken initiative and drawn two instead of sacrificing Vader and drawing one he would have started the round with Overwhelming Barrage. Great game.

Drawing a card from palp ability is very powerful. Probably correct to do so most of the time.

It would take two attacks to kill that bodhi, super laser and the other 2/3 can't remember his name, so sacrificed the super laser to draw a card and do damage, which was a better outcome because he replaces super laser with the drawn card and the bodhi trades with the other card.

ian can´t use new adventure in Maul cuz the card said that u give back a card that cost 6 or less and replay it, so that game must have a diferent result if they notice that

I used nee adventure on the cantina bouncer. Then when I replay the cantina bouncer for free, the cantina bouncer bounces maul

He didn't bounce Maul. He bounced Cantina Bouncer and played it again which bounced Maul. They just didn't go through the motions since Matt had already claimed

Brutal - but you can see that Williams didnt draw good and didnt know that Han Deck very well. Sabine has to play a little more control against that deck. Use ECL early to remove tech/dj or Ezra. First Game: he wasnt aware of the risk that Han runs 2-3 copies of Spark of the Rebellion and basicly showed Ian his hand with that FACIBI. Second game: He can deploy Sabine, hit into DJ, then use ECL to send cassian andor into DJ and get his ressource back. Though Sabine has a rather poor matchup into Han and even knowning the lines isnt going to make you more favorite.

If you’re talking about the turn dj came out then Sabine couldn’t be deployed because he got set back to three resources Edit: also I feel like showing him his hand with FACIBI wasn’t too bad, generally when I play Han I resource spark of rebellions just cuz they don’t contribute to the board that much especially early, on 5-6 recourse turns I would consider playing them to hit the big boys but getting that saber taken was just unlucky

Han's list was really correct, Sabine's on the other hand was so bad. The matchup is highly oriented towards Han, but with this gap between the quality of both lists, there was no chance Sabine won this.
