why would you NOT recomment the models without knub or touchscreen ?= this one has 8 buttons ? the other one with 32 you can do EVERYTHING this one can ? (beside the Fine tunning but you can do it on the buttons anyways) ? ?? ? ? i dont get your conclusion ?

Audio Technica AT875R For all around performance, including in/out doors, and it's great price! I've heard comparisons with microphones ten times the price with IMO smallish increases sound in quality. Thank you for your efforts! Oh, and I just recently purchased the AT875R because of all the positive reviews. My first recording in my untreated 10x10 room has shown me I have made the right choice!

I returned my 4 a week into it due to overheating issues. My 3 never overheats.

The mke600 is much better than the other shotguns outside, next to the road. It rejects more. At least when they are all close.

Hello, I have a problem that no one is talking about. I had 2 calls today with Elgato tech support and they could not help me. My setup is the Elgato Prompter, Facecam Pro 4K, Wavelink Software, Elgato Stream Deck Plus and I also used a Black edition of the Blue Yeti and downloaded OBS and nothing helped. My video looked terrible. It was as if I had AC running and I definitely did not. I also downloaded the Elgato plugin that is supposed to stop clipping and background noise and it did not help. The whole set up is counterintuitive and seems outdated and difficult to use. I would really appreciate and help and suggestions that you could give me. Thanks in advance.

Looks good on a desk, so what's the issue?

my insta 360 go 3 display is not working all of a sudden sometimes it works and most of the time it goes dark even if I on my action pod

Strangely the B1M and the Hollyland as well as the Shure all sound bad to me, muffled at times, but with the reverberant room they sound better. The Röde, Sennheiser and Audio Technica all sound good. However The Sennheiser sounds the best, second best is the AT875R. The NTG sounds like a midway between the 'good group' and the 'bad group'. The Sony sounds okay in terms of timbre but it sounds ever so slightly muffled. The Röde NTG sounds okay but a bit flat/thin, kinda similar to the Sony. The Shure sounds like you're speaking through a pillow, it's very muffled. The Hollyland sounds like the amp is too high, it has weird sound. Came here since I was about to pick the AT875R up but wanted to hear a comparison. Well, it's good for sure, but I might end up going for the MKE600 in the end, yeah it's 40% more expensive but I do think the sound justifies the difference in price. I wish it didn't, but I can't argue with what I hear. I'm not that surprised, I've been using Sennheiser headphones for 20yrs for a reason, but I really was hoping the AT875R was going to "be enough" so to speak. And, it sorta is and isn't, the timbre is good but the dynamics/clarity are just far enough from the MKE600 that at the price difference it makes sense to go for the Sennheiser. If the AT875R was closer to half the price it might win, but at 2/3rd of the MKE600 no.

I bought the three and it overheated when setting it up with the app with my iPad doing 5 minutes out of the box and displaying the fault on both screens very disappointed. I contacted DJI on their live helpline within the website and because I bought it from a third party and not direct from them they didn't want to know I thought the DJI action shop on Amazon was legit but I think its a way to off loads refreshed returns as mine was in Chinese and had someones email pre installed. I had to check KZbin unboxing and set up videos to to confirm my suspicions . So DJI can sell a product but when it goes wrong they don't want to know thankfully Amazon returns are so easy but took the opportunity to have a play with it and test. I was impressed with the quality but so used to the compact size of my original action and the cage is so user friendly for access and it's so lightweight . The action three is very heavy and yeah rubber pad is nice and quick release very handy but the cage is too faffy for me so pleased I got rid and bought an Clearance Bargains / Argos iPhone 11 Pro for £400 and 512GB memory and its changed me so impressed and this is old tech ... and it all syncs together. Always skeptical of hard drive memory and hence used android (Samsung S7 yes just retired it for the iPhone) and used transflash cards. Looked at the Action 4 and yeah looks nice too but too much media about a new Action 5 soon so hence bought a phone instead with my budget.

generally try to avoid investing in mics that are design to sit on the camera as this is usually the worst place to actually put a microphone.

very interesting comparison including distance, environment and comments on the voice. We have similar vocal range so that is useful for me. I think the best sounding mic is the AudioTechnica, it has a clear sound without giving a colouring and is easier to understand, and that is surprising as it is the cheapest .... maybe I have cheap tastes.

Wait you didn't tell us which camera was the action 4 or which was the 3 for the recording videos? and only 15 seconds for recording in 4K 60fps with the action 4? Im assuming most people record with 30fps? and how long does that last until it overheats?

The MKE600 killed them all. I have one, but on my voice and in my room it is much closer to the VM NTG actually.
