You have to change the settings on the raven eye menu in order to activate recording on the camera as well,

Hi, RavenEye output aspect ratio is 720p as yours on the phone, how to get the 1080p output on the phone as RE supports 720p and 1080p? My setup, FX3 Ronin RS3 Pro and RavenEye

Hi @rafbass, Check the cables first, if they are connected correctly, Go into the app / go to status / scroll to bottom and click restore gimbal set up. Tell me if it worked.

When raven eye is in use , what are the settings to be able to watch your camera screen and the monitor your transmitter via Bluetooth ?

Hi.you can see camera screen in the app, adjust exposure, control the Gimbal , but object tracking is the main reason to buy this transmitter, most of the other functions you already have in the Gimbal app (for rs3)

@@wheelxtech i meant what I meant is , I know that I Can see everything in the other monitor and change settings whatever, but wondering if is possible to be able to see my camera screen when I am filming and also my friend checking his tablet when I am filming. We both wanna see same thing , but different locations in the film room. If that’s make sense

When you check the video there is a footage outdoor, im far away from the camera during the record and watching what is being captured on the phone. I hope this is what you wanted to know.

Hi James, im using A74, should be identical, please check the cables , if everything plugged correctly, unpair the device and pair again, also reset the gimbal, it helped me,let me know if it worked

I have Raveneye + RS3 but active track has stopped working. It already worked! now it doesn't work. I see the image, I can change the aperture and shutter speed, I connect the cables, I do everything right, but the RS3 doesn't follow me. I tested it with the EOS R6 and R7. What's happening?

Hi, delete the ronin app, check for updates, setup/connect the gimbal and raven eye again with your smartphone and turn off bluetooth. let me know if it worked.

I found a fix. Go into the app / go to status / scroll to bottom and click restore gimbal set up

Hello Guys! I hope someone can help me. I have spent many hours trying to find a solution to this problem, but I can't. Ronin rs3pro, sony a7iii, raveneye! I connect everything as it should! Everything has the latest firmware installed. I also reinstalled the app, but I don't know what could be wrong! I turn on the camera, raveneye, gimbal! I start the Ronin application, while connecting to the raveneye wi-fi! So far everything is fine, but after that the connection to raveneye within the application only receives a blank screen. All data comes through, because I can see the aperture value, the shutter speed and the iso, but not what the camera sees! It's so useless! Phone: iPhone 14 pro max. If I switch the gimbal to sleep mode, there will be an image, but no data by definition! What could be the problem? This is driving me crazy! Thanks...
