The thing I think about is that since this is obviously an old building, the pipes and elevators are old. When those break down, up shoots your maintenance costs.

I live in a building that has weight restriction for dogs. The dogs pee in the elevators and the owners sometimes don't clean up. Next home I'm going to live in will be bottom floor unit so I don't have to deal with this ever again.

I used to work in an office in this building. I know this building well, and it is a good quality building. However, I also used to work as a security officer over night patrolling these very streets. Shemale prostitutes would hangout on the steps of the Alec & Baldwin building right across the street from Pacific Davies Center, and my partner and I had to scare them away whenever we arrived. If there's no security there now, the shemales have surely made themselves comfortable there. The shemale prostitution there was an ongoing problem. Cops couldn't do much about the problem. The homeless there drove me nuts too. I started throwing water on them to wake them up and get them off the properties. Smelling piss on the buildings every night was also a regular occurence. Damn homeless leave all their trash everywhere too. That whole area is a different place at night. Drunk people also want to fight with you out there. I carried several weapons on me when patrolling. But fortunately, I never had to use them. If people are going to make Pacifc Davies Center their home, you need to have a strong security presence for that building over night because cops aren't going to do shit out there. The shemale prostitutes of the Alec & Baldwin building will surely try to acquire "clients" at the Pacific Davies Center residence. They already have clients at the Executive Center. Beef up security there, and make it well-known to the shemale prostitutes and the homeless. I should also mention, nearly all the homeless on the street in that area are former inmates. I know this because I had to deal with them for a year a half, patrolling Bishop, Alakea, Beretania, King, Hotel, and Queen Emma St. Everything within that area was my jurisdiction. You need to seriously beef up security there for the residence' safety. That place is fucked up at night. No joke.

$400k-$600k for a one bedroom in an old building without a pool?? Yeah that is not affordable at all! You are better off spending that money on a townhome and just commute into downtown. Most offices still have a hybrid work schedule!
