I bought directly in store and it's the part number I have on screen and it should have several attachements, including the one I show in the video. You could reuse the old one

You can get a tool that widens the strut gap and it is very cheap.

Instead, just buy a Japanese car from the same year - you won't get the Ford's problems. Mazda 2 or 3, Toyota Yaris or Auris/Crolla, Honda Jazz or Civic. The Ford Focus is a good driver's car in it's class, to be fair......but so are the Toyota Auris, and Corolla, Honda Civic, Mazda 3.

I looked and drove all of these before I bought the Focus and I like all of them. The Mazda 3 shares the same engines and components with the Focus Mk2, so they are very similar cars. The civic is a good car, looks great but firm ride and poor rear visibility. That 1.8 is superb, massive boot and those rears seats are fabulous. The Auris/Corolla are deadly reliable, but not as good to drive as all the others they look a bit bland to me. The focus MK2 1.6 is a very reliable car and problems can be cheaply repaired compared to a Honda. At the end of the day, it's down to a persons choice, but I would happily own any of the other models.

Will ford fix mines for free? It hasnt been changed yet and its been 10 yrs. My ford fiesta is 2014 with less then 100k miles. Will i be eligible?

I spoke to ford as they said they wont as the wetbelt hasnt been changed before at all and has past the due date for one. Now I would have to cough up 1 to 2k grand for replacement

@@unknown-ps6lg it's annoying. Last year my wife spent 1.7k at the Ford dealer for the wet belt replacement. Thankfully her car has been very reliable, apart from the degas hose and thermostat leak which were caught in time. There are garages out there that specialist in wet belt replacements and they are cheaper, about £1k I think.

@@unknown-ps6lg try priorslee in Telford. They're RAC approved, so that's some reassurance but ask for a quote. Also, there is a website called "Who Can Fix my car" which is good and the garages bid for the work. You can see their feedback and reviews which are left only by people who book the services through the website, so they're genuine

Guys, just go with the Ford mount on the engine side. I've done this job with aftermarket mounts, and they're nowhere near as good. The Ford one I believe is hydraulic and most (all?) others are solid rubber. Did the Ford one on sister's Focus and the difference was night and day, even though the aftermarket one I removed wasn't old and still looked in good condition. And the inserts that you have to bend the bracket into the aluminum casting? I just threw a brand new one I had in the basement in the trash. You can get the factory ones for much cheaper than the dealer, but still from the dealer. Search OEM Pro Parts or something like that. Ford has a deal with online companies. You get the part much cheaper online, and pick it up at a local dealer or you can have it shipped. e.g. I got the CAD $130-150 mount from the dealer for CAD $95 + tax picked up. They wouldn't give me the same deal if I bought it straight from the dealer. Crazy, but whatever.

I own a 2010 Ford Focus MK2, and I’m experiencing issues with the speakers. Currently, only the rear driver-side speaker and the front right tweeter are working. I’ve checked the wiring, and everything seems to be intact. Does anyone have any idea what the issue might be?

That very much depends on the country you're exporting the car to. You used to be able to get an export certificate form DVLA, but might have changed since Brexit. Anyway, it depends more on the rules imposed by the country receiving that car.

I wouldn't have to pay a customs fee since UK is not in EU. I'm more confused about procedure here in UK. What documents I need to take with me and what about insurance. Thanks

@@tetleyparanos9860 you need the V5 in your name, a valid MOT and insurance to drive the car in the UK, with European cover. Then, you have to check with Croatian authorities regarding what other things they need to register the car in Croatia. That's all

Hello, I also have a focus and it is titanium, my friend has a titanium x and he have electronic steering. In titanium and below, sensitivity adjustment cannot be made due to power steering.
