She was beautiful. There was no need for the AI enhancement ; secondly, was this video about you or Gene Tierney ?

I was wondering if you had tried the Mac Studio fix sculpt and shape contour palette in light/medium? I was nicely surprised to find it with the lighter choices so far I’m really impressed with it. Thank you so much for doing this post finding tutorials for true pale/fair skin, it’s so difficult to find true pale and fair skin videos so thank you so much

1. Dorothy Dandridge was born 102 years ago and died 59 years ago. Nobody who knew her would still be alive today. People who keep making videos about her were not born during her lifetime. They couldn't possibly know what her thoughts were or what she was thinking during her lifetime or during her career. They just keep repeating stories that they have read or making up new stories. 2. Ruby Dandridge portrayed maids in films but There has never been anything written anywhere stating that she ever worked as a maid. Dorothy Dandridge never mentioned her mother being a maid in any of her interviews. 3.Nobody living today would know what occurred in the lives of Miss Dandridge and her sister when they were at the young ages of three and five. The only person who would have known about them at that age would have been their mother, Ruby Dandridge. She died 37 years ago and never gave interviews. The only source for their early childhood before they entered show business, and the story of their Father is Miss Dandridge's alleged autobiography. That was co-written by Earl Conrad and published five years after Miss Dandridge's death. One doesn't know which words were hers and which words were his. A lot of things in the book are not accurate 4. She made most of her soundies before she appeared in Sun Valley Serenade with the Nickolas Brothers. She made five before and three after that film. Gerri Branton is constantly being quoted. She died 18 years ago. She never wrote a book. Everything that she actually said can be viewed on KZbin in D.D. documentaries or read in Donald Bogle's biography of D.D. She said a lot of things but never said anything about D.D. being happy giving up her career and just being a mom. If this were true, she would have stayed home and just been a mom, during her marriage. She wouldn't have joined the Actor Lab in 1947 while she was still married. She continued to appear in films during her entire 1st marriage 5. Phil Moore was a vocal coach. He couldn't change her look. The picture that comes up with that comment is from the 1962 television series "Cain's One Hundred" on which she was a guest star There are no interviews where Miss Dandridge ever mentioned having stage fright. She sang in front of live audiences most of her life. Before her first film appearance with the Dandridge sisters at age 12 in 1935 she and her sister performed as The Wonder Children. The same year that "Tarzan's Peril" was released in 1951 she made her television debut on the Dean Martin Jerry Lewis Comedy Hour" T.V. show singing in front of a live audience. She was an actress/singer until her dying day. On February 15th, 1955, she became the 1st African American actor to sign a film contract with a major studio. 20th Century Fox. In April of the same year, she became the 1st African American singer to open at the Empire Room of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York. 6.Taran's Peril starred Lex Baxter and Virginia Huston. Miss Dandridge had a supporting role as Queen Melmendi. The story is about gun trafficking. There is nothing sexually provocative in the movie. Miss Dandridge has no romantic scenes in the movie. I don't think any Tarzan movie was sexually provocative. I think they were all geared to young adolescents. It was actually the 1951 film "The Harlem Globetrotters" that gave her her 1st leading role. In screen credits her name is second. Up to this point this was the most significant film of her acting career.

Totally enjoyable. You're a fantastic story teller and you are so positive and show these icons in their best light. We all make bad decisions, but if we survive them, it's all good.

I'm from Idaho, and Wallace was a wild mining town. They didn't ger rid of their brothels until the late 1980's when a Democrat Governor (the only and last one), said he was going to clean up that town. Every Idaho boy went to Wallace when he turned 18 to the Oasis. It is still a bar the upstairs is a museum and has the remnants of the gals possessions still in the room from the last raid. Older men marrying young teenage girls was common back then especially in these little towns out west. My mother gave birth to my brother at age 16, and married my dad who was 5 years older in the late 50's. So it was common.

You may be a cool olive as an undertone. I had the same problem - I am super fair but everything cool toned looked too pink, everything warm toned looked too yellow or peachy. Try mixing a bit of green concealer into your neutral foundation whether it won't help. Or a blue concealer into more yellow toned foundation. EDIT: I completely agree that it's more important to get your undertone right, and the "depth" may be a bit of. Without the concealer trick mentioned above, it didn't matter that in theory I had a perfect match based on deapth - I was always either too pink, too yellow, or too peachy and my head was floating. Then I bought shade 2,5 from Lisa Eldrige which has an olive undertone. It is maybe 0,5 shade too dark for me - nontheless it is the best match for me. My head no longer floats... EDIT 2: So many great tips - thank you.

I know this video was made quite a while ago but, I really have to clarify what a "script girl" actually is (in case you still don't know). 'Cause a script girl is a much more significant job than what you seem to have assumed. Nowadays, script girls are more commonly called "script supervisors" but, their job remains more or less the same. They are responsible for keeping track of continuity between takes, writing down any changes or rewrites that are made to a scene while filming, and are often the only one with a complete/accurate copy of the shooting script on hand for anyone who needs to double-check anything. He/she is, basically, the only one taking notes and keeping track of what actually gets done throughout the shooting day. If you ever see behind the scenes footage of a movie being made (in the past or in modern day) and see someone holding a big open script or binder with a pencil, that is the script supervisor/script girl.

I love the upright morals of these Hollywood actors and actresses. "Hey this will probably wreck my family life, but who cares. I want to do what I want to do when I want to do it no matter who it hurts. We will just lie."

The reason people were concerned if someone was sleeping around is because society valued marriage and children, and the standard was 1 spouse for life. If someone is sleeping around it makes them seem like they don't think pregnancy is likely to happen. It may also give the appearance of selfishness and untrustworthiness, but overall it shows irresponsible behavior.
