You are an excellent mother. I hope that you know that lots of people’s relationships that broke down during the last two years. We made a decision not be vaccinated against Covid. We were defriended and maligned by many people we thought were close friends. So, we moved across the country to a more open state. Best decision ever. Anyway, feelings have been raw and understandably so. Now, several people we know have had strokes, turbo cancers, and the like… health problems. We are doing fine. We’ve made new friends. People were welcoming here. For whatever your reasons were for losing friendships, they weren’t friendships if you were judged harshly for no good reason….

You had me crying, that was an amazing QA . I'm a very empathetic person and also deal with anxiety so I can understand and relate to everything you said. I lived in NC for awhile when I was young the mountains are beautiful some magical and freeing being there but I lived in Myrtle Beach SC most of my life and I am definitely a beach girl. But the mountains and Beach are my 2 favorite places to be.

So glad you are back! And that you & your family are doing well! I’ve missed your videos especially the Beauty Biography ones. I’m from MS but NC is very special to me because I spent every summer during high school at Montreat for church camp, near Black Mountain/Asheville. More recently, I’ve attended an Outlander fan gathering in Ferguson every year since 2018 which doesn’t look very far from your hometown area. Through genealogy research I’ve discovered more ancestors that either lived in NC or were born there so I wonder if “genetic memories” have played a part as well. 💜

There’s a type of anxiety characterized by “catastrophizing” (yeah, not even sure it’s a real word and super hard to say). Basically, it’s where every worst possible scenario runs through your mind. In some ways, it does make you more prepared when things go bad, since you’ve already played out the scenario in your head. Once you’ve pictured it, it’s less likely to freak you out. 💕💕

Yessss! They call it 'coping ahead' in DBT (the therapy I use)! The 'catastrophizing' can be a really helpful tool when used to reduce the anxiety instead of amp it up! 💕 I use that word too so I hope it's real LOL

I do believe in God and I think when things line up like that it's just confirmations sent from above to show you like look see im always with you. You definitely was going through so much oh my gosh that would be scary passing out while being pregnant that must have been terrifying for you and probably those around you too.. when I think back about having my son I was completely alone but out came this gorgeous beautiful baby and I felt so much love that I never felt before when I look down at him.. he was premature his umbilical cord got wrapped around his neck twice and his heartbeat was dropping so they had to go back up and twist it back around long story short it wasn't very hard time but that love us mothers have for their child is about as closes to the feeling of God I think we can have in that moment... I'm glad you're back and I'm sending out love to you and everyone else 💙💛❤💚💜
