My daughter has sinuses I have used epsom salt in her bath since she was three put a quarter to half a cup of epsom salt in her bath and let her soak for 10 20 minutes in it. Since doing this my daughter request an epsom salt bath when ever her sinuses are congested. She is now 11 an you know if a child ask for it you know it works. Epsom salt is also a natural fever breaker a natural detoxer and a natural destresser
